Neat, clean home with large yard and near Dennis village and multiple beaches. Three bedrooms, two baths; sleeps six to ten; two queen & two single beds. (Two queen pullout couches also available). Short stroll to Dennis Village for playground, theatre, restaurants, library & shops. Three flatscreen TVs with cable & Internet. W&D, Gas grill, outdoor shower, and large deck. Great yard for kids. Four new ductless AC UNITS installed in 2016. Short walk to Pilgrim road beach or bike to Mayflower beach or Corporation beach

We had a wonderful stay. Great location - amazing backyard and really nice living room extra space and upgraded kitchen. Host was very accessible and have some great recommendations on dinner and beach.

Great vacation--house is very well kept and the backyard is among the best in Dennis.

Excellent rental property with easy access to beach and other important amenities. Great outdoor shower! Backyard and landscape both top notch.

Lovely week in Dennis

Three generations of our family stayed in this lovely house less than a mile from two gorgeous Bay beaches, and 0.4 miles from the Pilgrim Road beach entrance. The house is just as advertised. Spacious, clean, and well appointed. There is a large jetted tub in the upstairs master suite, but it’s unfortunately not working. The reason for the 4 star review is that it took some prompting to get the landlord to respond about the check in process, and the WiFi only reaches about 1/2 of the house. We would gladly return if we were to plan another family reunion in Dennis.

Wondeful 2 weeks

We stayed for 2 weeks this year and had a wonderful time! The house is lovely and well appointed and the yard is huge and maintained-a plus for kids!! Mark is very responsive to any questions. We will be back next year. Can’t wait!!

Wonderful home!

The house was wonderful! Very clean and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the private back yard and the wild life. Walking to the beach every day was a breeze. My son lost his passport and Mark went above and beyond to help us! We would rent this house again.

Excellent location! Comfortable home with beautiful outdoor space and fun architectural features!

We greatly enjoyed staying at this home. This was our first time to the Cape for a family vacation with our elementary age child and we were blown away by all of the fun things to do. This vacation home offers an ideal location for activities and the beach. We mostly went to Mayflower Beach with its warm water tidal pools and clear water but there was a beach at the end of the street as well. We recommend grabbing a donut at the shop down the street for breakfast and definitely having the clam chowder at Captain Parkers followed by a trip to golf at Skull Island! The owner was exceptional in terms of communication and accommodations. Thanks for such a wonderful experience!

Fantastic

My adult children and I have stayed at the home for the past 2 years. It has been a wonderful place where we have continued to build family memories and traditions. We just LOVE the home, beach and restaurants that are close by 👍😊. We can't wait until next year ☀️

Excellent Vacation Home

We stayed here in July 2016. The house and backyard were much bigger than the pictures suggested. The house was roomy, clean and had everything you would need. The backyard was spacious and a great place for the kids to run around and play catch. The property is conveniently located near three popular Cape Cod beaches and several great restaurants. The owners were a pleasure to deal with and responded quickly to any questions. My family had a super time and we hope to be back next summer.

Everything it was advertised to be

As promised, the home was neat, clean, and well equipped. The location of the home was perfectly placed between the beaches and Dennis village, and we walked to all of them. The neighborhood was nice and quiet, well away from the main traffic routes. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck reading, talking, eating breakfast, and watching the birds, rabbits, chipmunks and squirrels play in the large back yard. Although we didn't cook much, the kitchen was well equipped. The beds were very comfortable with plenty of pillows and blankets. Access to the bedrooms was up a winding staircase (seen in one of the pictures of the property), which was kind of unusual but made it feel like a real getaway from the rest of the house. The bathrooms were also well equipped and clean, although I couldn't get enough hot water to fill the jacuzzi tub (there was plenty for 3 showers though). The outdoor shower was delightful. In sum, we enjoyed our stay in Dennis very much, and this house made us feel welcome and relaxed.

Beautiful, clean place with an ideal location

We have been coming to the Cape for several years and this was by far the nicest, cleanest home we have been to. The home is on a lovely, quiet street which is great for families, and in a great location to get to wherever you want to go. In particular, being so close to two of the best beaches on the Cape(Mayflower & Corporation) was fantastic. We had a great time, the owner was fantastic to work with and we would definitely return.

Excellent vacation home

The house was in a great location: quiet neighborhood, walking distance to the beach and some great little shops and restaurants. It was very clean upon our arrival and was equipped with everything we needed for our vacation - extra beach chairs, coolers, etc were also there which was such a nice touch. We really enjoyed using the large yard for BBQ'ing during the days and having a nice fire at night. The owner was extremely accommodating which was also great for us. Overall, it was the perfect house for a summer Cape vacation and we plan to return next year!
