Within three-minutes' driving distance lies the beautiful West Dennis Beach, where you and your family can spend the day out basking in the sun on its shores and enjoying the view of its shimmering waters. Check out Grand Cove, where you'll have public access mere steps away from your home, so be sure to bring your kayaks and paddle boards for a great time!

You won't find a more unique home in the Historic District of South Dennis: this vacation rental boasts a 'Mansard' style roof (the same as the Louvre in Paris), with French-inspired architecture. Built in 1864, this home will captivate you with its Renaissance and Baroque-inspired exterior. Step in through the front door and be taken aback by its fantastic interior decor. Settle down in the spacious living area and melt into the comfortable furnishings provided. A few steps further and you'll find yourself in the full kitchen, blooming with a warm and welcoming ambiance, courtesy of the sun shining through the windows. Take advantage of the appliances and whip up a delectable meal for you and your family, then gather around in the formal dining room and feast to your heart's content. It also has a cozy breakfast nook that overlooks the massive backyard where you can enjoy a fresh breath of air as you watch the flowers in the garden sway in the wind.

Afterward, sit down on the patio area and pop open a couple of good drinks with some even better company. As the evening comes to a close, head back inside and get the board games out so you and your family can end the night on a high note. Hop into a pair of your most comfortable pajamas, head into the primary bedroom, and slip under the cover for a good night's rest. The house features six window air conditioning units with one unit in each of the bedrooms to keep cool on the hottest of summer days.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
