We are Tom, Liz and Alex. We're from Long Island New York. Tom works for the airline industry, Liz is a pastry chef/cake decorator and Alex is a high school teacher. We love hosting because we enjoy providing a place to call home that actually feels like home to travelers that are creating memories
Why they chose this property
We chose this neighborhood to host in for a few reasons. It's quiet and the complex houses many retired veterans. we love the idea of our neighbors being people who have served our country.
What makes this property unique
The Cozy Den is situated in an area of Georgia that is up and coming and doesn't yet have too many short term rental options. The ones that are there right now don't have many of the amenities or comforts we offer such as an indoor fire place, a rain shower or a bidet. You can rent a place to stay anywhere, but we put some extra effort in our space as well as how we accommodate our guests.
