Step into this newly remodeled home with modern decor and a plethora of amenities!
The sparkling pool is heated with water features. Next to pool is 6a 6 person hot tub. There is plenty of outdoor seating including 4 loungers, a dining table and 4 piece patio set. There are pool toys, floaties, life-size games, pool towels, fire pit and a gas grill.
Cook your meals in the gourmet kitchen w/ double ovens and 5 top gas burning stove! The breakfast bar seats 5 and the dining table fits 8 comfortably!
The main level living area is open to the kitchen/dining area and has plenty of seating! Also, located on the main level is the office with 2 full sized desks for those who have to work a bit! This room can also be used for sleeping with the queen size air mattress.
Upstairs is a loft with sitting bar, microwave, Keurig and mini-frig. The L shaped couch makes into a queen size bed.
The master bedroom w/ spacious en suite is a little piece of heaven! The king sized bed is ultra comfortable and the electric fireplace can even be used in the summer for ambiance!
The bathroom has a jetted tub, a separate shower with a shower tower and dual sinks with lighted mirrors.
Bedroom 2 also has a comfortable king sized bed. All the rooms have TV's, fans and a place to store clothes.
Bedroom 3 has 2 double beds great for kids but can also be suitable for adults.
Our amenities list is quite lengthy! Fully equipped kitchen with spices and condiments, stocked coffee bar w/ creamers and syrups, bathrooms have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels and extra toiletries. Office has desks, chairs and printer. TV's have Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime to name a few (you'll need your own sign in). For children we have 2 pack n plays w/ 3" mattresses, highchair, walker, toys, infant pool float and 2 pairs of water wings (30 lbs-60 lbs).
The property also has a poolside cabana which can be rented daily or for the entire stay. The cabana has A/C, TV, mini-frig, ice machine, sink, bar top table, futon, desk and 1/2 bath. Just shoot me a message for pricing.
The home is located in East Mesa just minutes to 2 major highways(Loop 202 and HWY 60) which take you about anywhere. It is situated in the interior of Boulder Creek Subdivision, so no major traffic noise. Wal Mart Neighborhood Market is within walking distance for groceries and a new Fry’s on the corner of Elliot and Power.
Things to do in the area: Hiking, float the Salt River, Queen Creek Olive Mill, shop and dine at San Tan Village, fish at the Riparian Park and the list goes on! The Phoenix Zoo and Botanical Gardens are about 30 minutes away.
Disclosure: Outdoor security cameras at pool and front entry. No parties allowed and all guests must be on reservation-including visitors. We do have a casita on the west side of property with separate entrance and separate yard that we may be staying in from time to time. We do not rent the casita when the house is booked for the house guests privacy. The house is completely private and only occupied by renting guests. Photo ID required at booking. It was the perfect house for our stay. It’s close to many of the spring training facilities and lots of shopping. It’s a wonderful home and, it was one of best Vrbos we have used. The pool was perfect and the kitchen made it easy for use to stay in and cook.

Everything was great! We loved having our own space to spread out and come and go as needed for a crazy schedule while we were in town. While there was a casita attached, we never saw anyone else onsite, which was nice. We would absolutely stay here again, and the host was great to answer questions quickly before we came, which helped me plan things out better and ease some stress.

The house was absolutely amazing — beautiful, very clean, and stocked with nearly everything we needed. The hosts were responsive and wonderful to work with. This was our first time staying in a space where the owners lived on another part of the property. While it worked for this trip, it’s not something we would personally choose again. Also, the pool area didn’t feel very private due to multiple cameras, which made it hard to relax, and we didn’t have full access to the hot tub without asking, which was inconvenient. Aside from these privacy limitations, it’s a lovely home and very well maintained — a great option if those aspects aren’t a concern.

The home itself is attractive and well maintained. Unfortunately, the stay felt far less like a vacation and far more like living under observation.The host lives in an attached casita sharing a wall with the living room—an exciting surprise for anyone expecting privacy. Add to that the impressive number of exterior cameras, and it quickly became apparent this wasn’t a passive hosting situation. At times it genuinely felt like someone was sitting in front of a Mission Control–style wall of monitors, watching and waiting, except instead of launching Artemis II, the focus was on guests quietly existing.On our final day, a small group of teammates stopped by briefly during the middle of the day. They had already checked out of their own rentals and were simply waiting for flights home out of PHX, so they came to sit calmly on the back patio and kill time. No music. No alcohol. No noise. No party. No dancing. No slumber party. Just quiet conversation in daylight.While we understand the listing states a maximum of 10 guests, the immediate leap to “party” accusations and enforcement—based solely on camera observation—felt disproportionate and intrusive.If you’re looking for a pristine property and don’t mind strict oversight, active monitoring, surprise host proximity, and the general sensation of being watched from Mission Control, this may be the place for you. If you value privacy, autonomy, and actually relaxing on vacation, you may want to look elsewhere.

Gorgeous home but…

The house was gorgeous, furnishings comfortable, beautiful pool, and great neighborhood. Host was excellent communicator, but we did not have access to the whole house as host lived there at the same time in a separate area. We had to ask host if we wanted to change thermostat, use the spa or washer/dryer. Had that fact been in the listing, we would not have booked it. It just felt weird.

We came to Arizona for a family vacation and had a group of 7 staying in this wonderful home. It was so spacious and comfortable. The home was the cleanest rental home we’ve ever stayed in and felt very luxurious and high end. It truly is a beautiful home and made me never want to leave. There were so many little above and beyond amenities in the home and it was very well stocked with basics, cooking essentials and condiments. The hosts were very attentive and kind to any questions and needs we had during our stay. I highly recommend staying here and hope we get to come back and would definitely choose to stay here again!

We love this neighborhood because it is outside the hustle and bustle of the Phoenix metro area, but still only 20-25 minutes to be there!
We are 1 mile from the 202 HWY and 1 mile from HWY 60 which makes navigating the Phoenix area so simple!
The Az Athletic Center is 10 minutes away.
The New Surf Park is 4 minutes down the road.
A short walk to groceries and a couple of restaurants.
A quick drive to great restaurants at San Tan Village along with wonderful outdoor mall shopping!

What makes this property unique

Our property has been professionally remodeled (total gut and redo) including the pool and backyard! It is like walking into a custom home!
We are not “flippers” so it was completed with top notch subcontractors and all the special touches you would expect in a custom home!
