About this space: NO SMOKING OR PETS
Relax with the whole family at this modern and peaceful home footsteps away from the Caribbean ocean, which is directly across the street.
The space
Three story newly remodeled townhome. Three BR each with bathroom. Modern full kitchen. Ocean view rooftop patio. Unfortunately pool is under renovation and not available. There are several swimming pools that are accessible within walking distance and free to use with a food and/or beverage purchase. Example is Blue Angel Resort across the street.
Other things to note:
LG electric washer dryer combo in Unit.
Back yard outdoor SECURE snorkel, scuba gear rack with fresh water hose.
Cozumel is very safe. Townhome is gated. Walking distance to center of town and ocean. Taxi readily available. Airport car rentals much more expensive than inland. Happy to give recommendations. Please let us help you.

We live January through mid-June in Baru 26 Cozumel. The unit is our home and guests have been pleased with the at home feel. We enjoy all the Caribbean and island have to offer. We are most pleased to give recommendations for any of your requests.
Why they chose this property
Baru is a neighborly townhouse complex close to town center, but just enough distance from town to insure peaceful Caribbean sunsets from our rooftop patio.
What makes this property unique
Baru 26 offers a new American style kitchen. We even have a cooktop and oven which is unusual in many homes in the area. Most older homes offer a hot plate and call that a stove. Our Caribbean View Rooftop is special. You do not need binoculars to appreciate the view. We also have the functional neighborhood lighthouse which is quite beautiful. Our house is completely powered by solar electric energy and not propane gas for a multitude of reasons and most importantly safety. The majority of homes in Cozumel have gas appliances.
