No matter you're from a family long time no see for each other or a group of friends who miss your get togethers, Relaxation Haven welcomes you all for a warm and unforgettable stay!

Greensboro is a little quiet historical town right on the middle of the Eastern Shore Peninsula, Upper Chop Tank river flows through the town, which boasts a quiet Boat Ramp for locals to get on the river; its about 15 mins drive to Adkins Arboretum and Tuckahoe State Park to the west, and to the east just over 22 miles to DE Turf Sports Complex, and about 1 hour drive to get to the Atlantic Beaches

Relaxation Haven is at the B Section of a Vintage Cottage. It has 2 spacious bedrooms for visitors to sleep and have dreams during the stay. The large yard offering a beautiful flower garden, a lot greeneries, and a fish pond in the vey back for visitors to enjoy and relax; during the night visitors can stay outside in the yard (tent provided) for stargazing. A newly constructed wood burning firepit is available for outside cooking.

During the days, visitors can choose to explore the beaches, the nature reserves nearby and Adkins Arboretum, State Park, to Lewes Beach (1 hour drive), to Rehoboth Beach (1 hour and 10 minute's drive). Or choose to kayak on the Chop Tank River (inflatable kayaks are available) , or just enjoy the quietness locally

A Safe A Lot local grocery market and family dollar just 5 mins away; if you want more varieties of cooking, 10-15 mins drive to Denton Walmart Supercenter

Relaxation Haven!

My son and I stayed at Helen’s guest property for a tournament at DE Turf Park and had a very restful time there. Her house layout was so neatly organized and well-equipped, the AC worked beautifully and we were so comfortable during the heat wave that weekend. Helen is an exceptional host. Her communications were detailed, clear, and I highly recommend this VRBO.

Helen was very helpful and very nice. She communicated quickly any time i needed to ask something. She checked in to see if everything was going well. Her place is clean and we had anything we needed.

We arrived at the property to find that it was a second floor listing with no lock to the second floor. The owner was present on the first floor and full access to the second floor we rented. While we never encountered issues this felt VERY uncomfortable to us. The HVAC units leaked massive amounts of water and we had to put a trash can under one to catch it. The apartment was advertised as having Wifi but it did not reach the second floor. NO WIFI. NO TV. No toaster. When we inquired about a toaster the owner told us to use a frying pan to toast Poptarts. It was located in a terrible neighborhood which the owner admitted to us upon arrival and told us to be sure we locked our cars and the side door at night. The first night (10pm ish) we stayed, someone was in a neighboring corn field target shooting for thirty minutes. The baseboards and floors were dirty, there was a used bar of soap and toiletries left in the shower, and one of the beds was actually just a mattress and box spring on the floor. Needless to say, we will NOT be staying her again. It was not appointed and clean as advertised and the neighborhood was awful.

Cute apartment. Each room has mini splits so everyone was comfortable. Nice size kitchen, convenient combo washer/dryer. Everyone loved the heater in the bathroom and fancy shower. Host checked in several times to make sure we had everything we needed. No tv so it’s nice to disconnect though there is internet if you need it.
