Up to 2 pets welcome at this pet friendly property! Additional charges do apply. Please contact the office at 702-345-5100 to add your pet to your stay. All pet waste must be collected and disposed of in the outside trash receptacle in a secured pet waste bag. Any guest found in violation of this policy will be subject to immediate eviction and a $500 fine.

Your stay includes a daily value of $510 in complimentary activities. Starting September 15th, 2024, every reservation of 27 days or less will automatically include free tickets to top attractions such as golfing, Zion tours, and more, offering you exceptional experiences each day of your stay.

Everything was great, good location. Garage doors are very small if you have a truck or an SUV don't plan on parking inside. Other than that great home. There is no grill.

Yes, the garages are small at this complex as it was built in the late 1990's and, yes, gas/charcoal grills are prohibited by the HOA which is why BBQ is not listed as an amenity on this property.
