Very attentive hosts, comfortable stay. This home has two very comfortable king beds, and all the basics you need. The air conditioning and pool were just perfect for our arrival in the heat of August. The location was convenient, with a grocery store within a mile, and we walked to a couple restaurants and drug store. Also across the street was access to a park with walking trail.

Great little spot overall
Stayed here with my mother in law and three daughters. It was plenty of room for us and was clean. The beds are very comfortable. We were happy to find a Brita in the fridge, so there is filtered water. Kitchen towels and potholders would be a great addition!:)
The space was perfect and the location was great. The host was very communicative ahead of our stay, calling to check in with us, and sending messages prior to our arrival. However, the cleanliness was awful. If we were staying for more than one night we would not have stayed. Trash wasn’t taken out of the upstairs bathroom from the previous stay, there was hair on the pillow in one room, the twin bedroom had one bed that looked as if the bedding wasn’t washed between stays. There was a broken, fake nail on the floor in the kitchen and feces stuck on the downstairs toilet seat. Very unimpressed with the cleanliness but the location was great for visiting the university and the space was exactly what we needed. Tolerable for a one night stay.
It’s a cute space but on our second day we did come across a cockroach in the kitchen. Notified owner and was told they would come out to take care of it. The place seemed clean but not to our standard. It wasn’t a big deal as we only went to sleep and were out and about majority of the day. Wish the linens were cleaner. Overall it was

Disliked: Check-in, listing accuracy
Very disappointing
Check in time was at 4:00. I received a text from the property manager with the door code at 3:50. When I arrive a little after 4, the cleaning lady , who was very nice , was still there cleaning. She tried to hurry for us but we waited outside in the heat until 4:50.
I purchased food to BBQ with my family in their yard which was listed as having a fire pit and a Bbq. When it was time to cook, I went to start the BBQ. There wasn't any propane. I tried switching the tank from the fire pit to the BBQ but it was empty as well. So I went to throw the food I the oven but there wasn't any cookware for the oven. There weren't any oven mitts, dish towels or really anything for the kitchen other than a few plates, bowls, glasses and a spice rack. This was very disappointing.
When I reached out to the host, she said I should have told them before I arrived that I wanted to Bbq and they would have charged me $15 to use their propane. The listing doesn't mention anything about needing to request the use of the bbq or fire pit. I would have stayed elsewhere if I knew I wouldn't have been able to use the bbq or oven .
I really wish this place would have worked out since I will be visiting here a lot while my daughter goes to Chico State.
