Enjoy one of the best condos on the property. Ocean and marina view from the condo balcony only. The balcony sunset is spectacular. Kawama Yacht Club is located at MM 100 in Key Largo on the ocean side.

The unit is fully furnished and equipped to make your vacation hassle free. Free dedicated WIFI.

CANCELLATION POLICY ADDENDUM:
Although my cancellation policy is "The traveler will not get a refund if they cancel their booking at any time after it is accepted."

I have added a re-booking option. Guests will be allowed a one time change to their original booking with 60 days advance notice and with the following conditions.

• The number of rental days must be equal to or greater than the original number of rental days and must be consecutive.

• Your re-booking dates MUST NOT extend beyond six months from your original booking dates.

• New booking dates must be available and must be confirmed by owner via email.

• Additional charges may apply based on new booking dates requested.

• A $ 50.00 dollar re-booking charge will apply.

My wife and I and our two kids stayed here for five nights in March 2026 and were very satisfied with this condo and the overall property. Tracy answered any questions I had within minutes and with clarity. The condo was clean and has a great view from the balcony. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean and had everything we needed for towels, utensils, dishware, and laundry. The heated swimming pool was very clean, and the property surrounding was spotless. We felt very safe here and appreciated the calm peaceful atmosphere. Great value for the price, and the checkout process was incredibly simple. This place has my highest recommendation.

Kawama- love it more each time

This is our 3rd stay in Kawama, such a great place! The unit is clean, comfortable and very well appointed with plenty of kitchen supplies, beach toys and even a couple fishing poles. Book here, you will not regret it!!!

We have stayed in many condos in Florida and this was by far the nicest and best one ever. Well maintened, clean with great furnishings and decor. We had excellent communication and follow-up with the owner after the micro-wave died and would definitely stay here again.

Everything was really good. Just wish we had a better ocean view. The view on the website was a little bit misleading. You have to be on the outside patio in the very corner just to get any view. The view from the living area, are looking out our tennis courts. Otherwise, everything is great. Wonderful time wonderful place.

Great space with an ample supply of kitchen supplies

Our condo was very clean and smelled like it. The main living area has more room than it appears in the pictures. My dad and Brother and I rented this condo for a dive trip and the location gives easy access to Key Largo while also being quietly off of the main roads.

Everything was great! The place was very clean and we had everything we needed while staying there. The only 2 things I had any issue with was the water pressure in the bathroom and the water takes a long time to heat up in there as well. This is in the main bathroom. These issues were not enough for me to drop the rating to 4 stars. Our stay there was incredible!

Wonderful spot for our family....

Our family of 4 greatly enjoyed our vacation in Key Largo! The apartment had everything we needed and offered quick access to the pool for the kids. The apartment was spacious for our family and was great for cooking meals at and getting our laundry done throughout the vacation. We loved the amenities - we grilled out on the beach one night, overlooking the ocean! We received great communication from the host with all of our check in codes and information, giving us all the info we needed for a smooth process! Wonderful memories made!
