Beautiful Bayfront

This beautiful bayfront property has just about everything you will need for your vacation. The house is very clean, kitchen supplies are plentiful, and the decor is very nice. Being just a few steps from the bay is great for young children. We really enjoyed our stay.

Awesome stay!

Our work team stayed here during a convention in the area and it was perfect for 6 of us- everyone had their own space for privacy, but the main area was spacious enough for us to hang out as well. Loved that there were 5 bathrooms and you really can't beat the view. Our host was very communicative and checked in several times to make sure all was going great. We hope to stay here again next year!

Window to Paradise

We had an amazing 7 night stay at this beautiful property. LOCATION is the BEST. Steps away from the Balboa Pier. Steps away from Newport Beach. Steps away from our own pier and beach. Truly magical stay and one that my family and I will remember for the rest of our days.

Waterfront retreat

Location is five stars for proximity to harbor, beach, ferry to Balboa island, restaurants. Property ideal for a family group w multiple rooms and levels to spread out. Property wasn’t quite ready for check-in at 5 PM w cleaners still working, but owner and property manager prompt communicating to rectify the situation
