This beautiful quintessential Cape Cod home sits on a private secluded 3/4 of an acre property which is like a nature preserve on the beautiful Fresh River.

The house and grounds are simply lovely and full of wild life and seeing a stork, twice, in the brook right behind it was really fun.The owner is extremely responsive and welcoming. I will likely book it for the same weekend next year.

House is gorgeous, but no linens.

The house was gorgeous, great yard, and in the perfect location. Morning beach swims were a dream! The only thing that was odd is that the house does NOT provide any linens - which is really inconvenient when you're coming from out of town - you literally have to bring everything, or rent it. When you pay that price for a house, then have to rent pillow cases, sheets, towels, etc, it's not the best experience. They don't even provide hand towels for the bathroom, and only 4 rolls of toilet paper for 7 people for 4 days. That was the only downside, but the property is gorgeous, location is unbeatable, and it was the perfect spot for a group of 7.

Since the COVID-19 pandemic, we no longer supply linens. We make that very clear. If she feels that that was not something she wanted to abide by, then she could have cancelled her reservation. In the years following COVID, this is the 1st time we have had a complaint. I am glad she likes the house and the property.
