Modern House, fully equipped. Easy access step-free path to the guest entrance, spacious floor plan house. Amazing living room that opens to the courtyard, connected to a modern loaded kitchen, and the dining area, in an L shape. Bedroom Number 1: Master Suite with king size bed, own closed door, huge walk-in closet, large linen closet, own private bathroom and large tv. Bedroom Number 2: one queen bed shared bathroom with Bedroom Number 3: two twin’s beds. Bedroom number. All bedrooms are accessed through exterior doors that open directly to the pool and courtyard, except bedroom number 3, that has access to a private backyard with his own seating area, besides the mini golf area. Comfortable outdoor furniture for relaxing and entertaining: Barbecue, outside and dining under pergola with lights at night, fire pit, beautiful hammock to rest, bocci ball game, mini golf area, pool, and hot tub. Separate laundry area full equipped.

Washingtonians seeking the sun!!!

We thought the house was the perfect oasis in the desert! Enjoyed the pool and all the outdoor amenities. The only thing we missed were towel hooks indoors and out. Thank you, The Booth Family

Fantastic home!

We had an extraordinary stay at this beautiful + extremely clean home. We loved the sliding doors which opened up onto the pool and lawn making the house interior feel like it was outside. The home has every appliance you could ask for. If you’re a coffee lover this house is for you! The house sits in a quiet culdesac, and the only noise was the chirping birds. Miguel was amazing and answered all our questions promptly and with care. Don’t pass up the opportunity to stay here, you will NOT be disappointed!

Beautiful home

The home was very clean and beautiful. The pool and spa were also great. The home is located close to the airport and downtown in a quiet neighborhood. The landlord was very responsive to any of my questions.

Gorgeous place to stay

I would absolutely recommend this property. We were 5 old friends staying for a long weekend and it was a perfect place with lots of areas for people to come together as a group inside and outside, as well as unique areas to hang out in smaller groups or for alone time. The only challenge was in communicating with the property manager as there was some delay in responses. There was also some confusion about the 4th bedroom 'casita.' The listing indicates 4 bedrooms and we had planned on that but when we got to the house, the casita was locked. It took some back and for with the property manager to get it settled and opened. In the end it all worked out and we really enjoyed our stay.
