Sit on the upper deck and you can even enjoy the bands in the comfort of this home. Immerse yourself in the tranquil beauty of the area while remaining in the vibrant pulse of Sister Lakes. This 2 story home was built in 2022 with custom stone fireplace, quartz countertops, 9 foot ceilings, dual furnaces & air conditioners, soaking tub, Trex decking with outdoor couches and firepit, and additional bar height conversation style firepit table.

Enjoy the indoor wine/coffee bar, a Blackstone grill with built in air fryer & additional grill, outdoor patio area, outdoor pizza oven, and a huge yard to enjoy! 2 kayaks too! Casino table with roulette, craps, & blackjack options, board games, giant Connect 4 for the yard, giant Jenga, croquet, bocce ball, and bean bag games.

There is also plenty of parking for you and all of your guests. Public boat launch and located on the snowmobile trail. Only 25 miles from Notre Dame!
