This four bedroom, three bathroom condo sleeps up to ten guests. The master bedroom features a cozy, king size bed and opens up to your private gulf-front balcony. The second master also has a king bed, small private balcony and has it's own private bathroom. The third bedroom boasts a queen bed and with the bonus room bunks and queen sleeper sofa in the expansive living room, the whole family can unwind after a day spent playing in the waves. Best of all, a large, modern kitchen enables you to save money for fun by preparing your own meals.

Located in the Boardwalk Beach Resort in Panama City Beach, the community offers a 2,500-foot heated pool and waterfall, children's swim area, and sun deck! Spend afternoons at the private beach just a few feet from the resort and unwind at night thanks to two community hot tubs.

Beyond your luxury abode are water sports galore! Spend days kayaking, surfing, or jet skiing, or walk to the pier for an afternoon of fishing. Relax with a book on the resort sun deck, or plan family-friendly excursions at nearby Gulf World Marine park or Shipwreck Island Water Park.

Parking & Resort Registration:
Boardwalk requires all guests to pre-register prior to arrival. A registration link will be sent to you closer to your check-in date to complete this process. Parking passes are $50 plus applicable taxes and include up to two (2) passes per reservation. In addition, resort-issued armbands are required for all guests and are $6 plus applicable taxes per person.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a great week this year. Pros were great location, security, staff, cleanliness, views, continence of the market/ restaurant. We can let the kids go anywhere at night alone if there 12 or over, I always saw something vacuuming n cleaning the hallways and elevators, no water everywhere even though ppl constantly coming from beach, they made sure only guests were allowed in all the areas. Cons were the beds and pillows in all 6 beds were lacking and worn out. Felt like I was about to fall through the beds.also you have to pay to check out at a decent hour and that felt slimy. Other than that the place and people were great.

Disappointing!

Dated & Dirty: Everything inside needs a deep clean or replacement. Furniture is really dirty and old. The rug was even worse (and filthy underneath) which was especially bad for our toddler. The kitchen was not well stocked. Many pots/pans/plates/flatware were dirty upon arrival. The refrigerator door was broken and would not shut properly. The mattress in the front bedroom is old or cheap or both. When you sit on it, you sink to the frame and feel every spring underneath youBad location: the unit sits right above the roof of the bar & grill. Their exhaust fan was malfunctioning, making really loud noises for days which made our balcony unusable. We could hear it in the front bedroom through the glass. It’s 1 floor too low to watch the sunset on horizon over the rundown hotel next door. Side balcony overlooks the building dumpster & the smell was awful in the back bedroom. Boardwalk has gone downhill. Pot smoke is everywhere. Pool was shut down twice after guests cut their feet on broken beer bottles thrown off a balcony into the pool & twice for unattended kid “accidents” w/ NO recourse for those who caused the issues. Meanwhile, security hassles guests about trivial nonsense.3) Poor Management: Property management was non-responsive. We messaged them about the refrigerator and the exhaust fan noise. They never responded. They did, however, autotext us frequently trying to upsell us on early checkin, late checkout (9am!) and w/advertisements for random local businesses.

Condo was Lacking & The Building Needs Work

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While the condo and the location as great, we were very disappointed with how bare minimum everything was within the condo. The kitchen and other minor accommodations were lacking. To pay what we paid for a four bedroom unit to accommodate a family of 10, it’s baffling to us that we had to buy a skillet, dish towels, forks, and basic kitchen items just to cook breakfast and other meals. There were nine forks in total, one of those being a larger serving fork, so we bought some and left them for others to use. There was a small/medium pan that we couldn’t even cook bacon in without tearing it to pieces due to it sticking to the pan. There were two other tiny sauce pans, but that’s it. We were supplied with a single roll of toilet paper per bathroom, a single partial roll of paper towels in the kitchen, and a single dish towel. There were only two trash bags (for two trash cans) for a seven night stay. We left the roll we purchased for the next renters to use. There was a single towel and wash cloth per person. Not that you’re responsible for our personal food and paper needs, or that we need multiple towels per person, but there just wasn’t a single extra anything to be found in this place.We saved throughout the year to splurge on this trip. And when I go on vacation, I like to feel like we are paying to have a “home away from home”. The furniture, decor, and finishes are all Walmart quality and in disrepair. There just wasn’t anything extra to be had here at all. The splash pad is in disrepair and we had a terrible experience with staff at the tiki hut downstairs after receiving a meal with a bunch of hair in it. We appreciated the quick response on the kitchen furniture issues (chairs were falling apart) and odor in the lockout. We will consider staying at The Boardwalk again if they repair the splash pad.
