The suite was very comfortable and tastefully decorated. The kitchen was equipped with everything needed to cook. There was even ice in the freezer! The view of the Helderberg Mountains is spectacular and the peacocks and other animals were so interesting. I highly recommend this gem of a place to stay!! I will definitely be back!! Thank you Jason and Joan for your attention to detail!
This spot was perfect for me, my partner, and our dog! The property is lovely, and the view was absolutely stunning. All of the farm animals are such a treat!!!! And the trails on the property are quite nice. We had an exceptional little weekend getaway :)
I'm 78 traveling with my smooth fox terrier. His first to a farm. When I spotted a peacock near the suite I knew we made the best choice. Slade was very interested in everything. Watched the animals feeding, tried to enter under the pasture fence to join donkey and horse and chased chickens! Trails were great. Near encounter with a porcupine. Stopped for a rest at the stage enjoying a distant view on a summer like day.Window open with the sound ofwater tumbling over rocks....ZZZ. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to gather enough scratch together for an autumn visit. I made a reservation mistake I was frantic over. Jason solved the problem for me. The word energy is overused but I had a definite feeling of calmness at the farm. Oh, be careful of the robins nest behind the second sign from the top of the welcome world greetings.
My dog and i had a great time on the farm. the hosts were welcoming and the views were great. i love how homey the room was; the kitchen had everything you needed and there were games and books to enjoy. would recommend the trip!
