Excellent get away

The property was nice. First floor bedroom fan did not work, but the cabin was nice.

First and most important, the home was very clean and the kitchen was amply stocked for general cooking needs. The most major downside of the home were the tiny, tiny bathrooms. The tubs were high step-ins with no grab bars, no bath mats when you step out onto the floor and the toilets were low. There was barely enough room to adequately dry yourself off after bathing and get dressed. There was limited space to keep your toiletries. The door in our cabin bathroom did not fully open, the bottom of the door rubbed on the floor which made the space even smaller The second downside, our bedroom had no place for hanging clothing. We were staying in that community to attend a wedding at the chapel. Our BR had no closet and no wall hooks to hang our dress clothing. Also, being up in the loft, the couple staying with us could look directly up into our space from the living room. There should at least be a throw or something hanging over the rail to block that view. The last concern was that there was a strong odor of sewer gas outside of our cabin almost constantly. This odor was also noticeable when out on the rear decks. I would recommend the community. When visiting again I would pay closer attention for a home that was more functional for older individuals from a safety and ease of use view. It would be interesting to know the age demographics of your customers. We are seniors but in good phyical condition and still felt there were fall risks in the bathroom.
