Great stay! Unbeatable location right by Ouray, the hot springs, and the Million Dollar Highway, with beautiful sunrise views. The house was very spacious and the kitchen was fully stocked with cookware and utensils for family dinners. Check-in needed a quick message to the host, but she responded within 5 minutes and got us right in. Highly recommend!

Great location in Ouray

The house was great. The location is great!! View spectacular!! We really enjoyed the hot springs right across the parking lot and a quick walk to town. The only down side of the property was the cleanliness. For the cleaning fee we expected it to be a little cleaner.

Nice spot

The place is in a good location. The management people are super awesome and helped us a lot when we left a valuable item behind. Decor is a little out of date but overall clean. Happy with the choice and would rent again.

Family B-day celebration

Great location to walk to Ouray Hot Springs (right across the parking lot), river walk and up Main Street. The condo has great set up for multi generational family sleeping arrangements. The 4 floors were great for youngsters to play hide and seek and for everyone to spread out. It even worked so one of us could spend the morning in private working.

This is the perfect location for a family adventure in Ouray. Right across from hot springs. Towels ready and available to walk across for swimming. With this place’s 4 levels the preschool kids have a blast with hide and seek. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking. Balcony is right off dining rm. so great views of Ouray Mtns to enjoy. Plenty of room to spread out and very clean two and a half bathrooms. Convenient to walk up Main Street but it is uphill.

Ouray getaway

The property was a great location right next to the hot springs and a short walk to town. The place was nice and well stocked. Thw bathrooms and kitchen were updated. The beds were awful, hard and not comfortable. The check in procress was awful. No directions or reminders were sent until 2 hours after check in and we had to call multiple times to finally get them. After getting in contact, everything was good.

GREAT LOCATION!!! Steps away from cool trail around Ouray, Perimeter Trail. Kids loved having the Ouray Hot Springs right across the parking lot, made it real easy to come back for anything you might need. 5 minute walk to town, shops, restaurants, grocery. Loved it. Keep in mind the place is 4 stories, stairs are a bit tight and you need to be careful, carpeted so if you have socks on you need to take your time. Room downstairs with the bonk bed felt a bit far at least for me with the kids, had them stay in the master with us, plenty of room specially with the small bed in the little nook area. Loved the place, highly recommend.
