House was sparkling clean. Kitchen was well appointed with most items needed to cook. We did have to buy more propane because ones on site were empty. Beds were comfortable. Location was the only issue, there are partially obstructed water views but the cabin is directly next to a seafood company and it was rather noisy and continuously busy.
Loved our stay, the unit was perfect for our teatime in Maine. If I could make one recommendation would be to put some greenery on the right side of the balconys’ railing upstairs so we don’t have to see the fish factory when we are sitting up there. Other than that we absolutely loved our stay.

Nice house bad location
The house is very nice, though the stove didn’t work properly, emitted oily soot on the pots. I told the contact but nothing was done, though I was told it would be adjusted and to just use it, we didn’t. The house is behind a lobster processing yard, so very industrial. You can walk to McLoons Lobster shack, but otherwise nothing else is walkable. We used the hot tub once, but it got super foamy. I was told they’d drop something off to lower the foam but they didn’t. Our son lives about 10 minutes away so that was convenient. Sorry to be so negative but for the amount of money we paid, this was disappointing.
