Host was great to work with...sent check-in information enough in advance that I never worried about it. (I'm still scarred from a prior experience when the owner flaked on us, so getting it early definitely made me feel better!)I'm pretty sure I filtered on parking included, and it is (parking pass), but it's street parking, so not a guaranteed spot. For someone with mobility issues, like myself, it could be more cumbersome than expected.This was our first time staying in Seaside Heights, so I don't know if the price was comparable to the area, but the condo was smaller than I expected for the price. And only a shared outdoor space, no private space at all.We (my daughter and I) only made our reservation very last minute for a long weekend away, so didn't have many options to choose from. This served its purpose, but would've been very cramped if my daughter had brought a friend like she wanted to.Location was great, about a block from the boardwalk and beach, at the north end, so it was relatively quiet.Overall, host great, accommodations good.

The host of this property was very easy to communicate with and quick to reply to my emails. The condo itself was very cute and comfortable with all the accessories available. The boardwalk and entertainment was in walking distance. Would definitely stay again.
