The Space:

Soft morning light fills the spacious villa as you settle into the quiet rhythm of the day, surrounded by the serenity of Solara Resort. Evenings drift into peaceful moments by the pool and hot tub, where steam rises into the cool winter air. Inside, generous gathering spaces invite you to unwind between Orlando adventures just minutes away. The blend of indoor comfort and outdoor calm creates a home base where memories are made.



Sleeping arrangements

Nine bedrooms are spread across two floors, offering room for large families and groups. Downstairs, the Master features a king bed that sleeps 2. Upstairs, the Harry Potter room offers two full beds, while the Fronzen room includes bunk beds that sleep 3. Three Kingdom rooms each provide a king bed for 2, and the Jaque Mate rooms feature queen beds for 2. The Calming Retreat includes two full beds that sleep 2. Bed linens, comfortable beds, and clean sheets are provided.



Indoor living

Two living areas offer space to relax, each equipped with a TV, sound system, and a game console for downtime. A dedicated workspace supports those who need a quiet corner during their stay. The game room adds opportunities for friendly competition and cozy movie moments after long days exploring local attractions.



Kitchen & dining

A large full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, cooking basics, and essential kitchen amenities makes it easy to prepare meals together. Two indoor dining areas provide room for shared breakfasts or dinners, while the main floor offers easy flow between living and dining spaces. A washer and dryer, along with essentials, add convenience for longer visits.



Outdoor living

The outdoor pool and hot tub create a calm setting for winter evenings, whether you prefer a quiet soak or time gathered around the patio area. The patio includes outdoor furniture and a BBQ grill, offering a comfortable spot to enjoy fresh air even in cooler months. Solara Resort surrounds you with an expansive water complex that includes a wave simulator, splash pad, and areas suited for little ones. Easy access to Disney, Universal Studios, and countless restaurants makes the villa a perfect base for exploring top attractions.

Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complimentary access to resort amenities.



Getting Around:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the driveway parked side to side.



The garage has been converted into a game room. Therefore, indoor parking is not available.

Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $500 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (maximum $100 total), which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.



We value safety and privacy and that's why we would like to mention we have a Ring camera by the front door.
