WATER ACCESS NOTE All lakefront docks in this area are privately owned and not included with your reservation. Guests cannot use docks unless designated as public access. For water activities, we recommend Deep Creek Lake State Park, Swallow Falls, the Aquatic Center (kayak/jet ski rentals), or CARC for pool access.
WINTER DRIVING & ACCESS Deep Creek is a mountain destination where winter weather changes quickly. Good news: our driveway and access roads are professionally plowed and salted.
Road Conditions: Route 219 (main access road) is well-maintained by the county and typically cleared first. During active snowfall or icy conditions, 4WD/AWD is strongly recommended. Front-wheel drive vehicles may struggle in heavier snow.
What to Expect: Allow extra travel time during winter storms. Check local weather before arrival and contact us with any questions about road conditions. Location Note: Route 219 runs near the home, making access convenient but resulting in some road noise outdoors. All bedrooms include sound machines to ensure restful sleep.
WHAT'S PROVIDED Fresh linens, towels & extra blankets | Laundry detergent, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper & trash bags | Premium Puracy natural bath products | Hair dryers, Q-tips & basic toiletries | Sound machines in every bedroom | Coffee bar essentials

This house is great! Beautiful, modern, clean and equipped with everything we needed for our weekend away. Our host was gracious after our mishap of checking in too! Would definitely stay here again!

Christina, we would be honored to host you again! Thank you so much!
We had a family birthday celebration including ages 21-85 yrs. The few steps and 1st floor bedroom, low entry shower and easy step out to deck were perfect for the older folks in our group. Kitchen was well stocked and owners were quick to respond to any questions. Really nicely decorated and fun little additions like the star show in the family room. Wish we could've stayed longer but will book again!

We are so glad that everyone had a good time. Looking forward to hosting you again soon!
The host was terrible. Canceled my trip 4 hours before check in and claimed she didn’t have any record of my booking. However she had texted me back when I booked confirming the year for the house since I booked it over a year before the date. THIS HOST IS TERRIBLE. DON’T STAY HERE.

I understand your frustration. This was a calendar synchronization failure between the booking platforms—your reservation was properly recorded over a year ago, but the systems failed to sync correctly. I discovered the double booking the day of your arrival and contacted you immediately.
You were fully refunded. I've reported this integration issue to both platforms to prevent it from happening again.
Our 90 positive reviews across other platforms reflect the quality standard we uphold, and this technical booking system failure doesn't represent our commitment to our guests.
