Conveniently located area to Pigeon Forge attractions and the area was quite. The house is stocked with practically everything you need to cook with and more and that goes for the Tiki Hut as well. Would stay again.

The house, Pool and grounds were lovely and very well kept up. Host was great in communicating and provided everything we could possibly need. Plenty of small personal touches to make us feel welcome. Our family had a great stay and look forward to a return visit sometime.

Great vacation home! Great location, very nice pet friendly yard with heated pool. Hosts go above and beyond to make the home festive, comfortable and plenty of activities available if the weather doesn’t cooperate.

Location is PERFECT. Close enough to everything but not right in all the chaos. There’s a ton to do in the area, but it gets pricy so having the pool was great to come back to. The pool was super warm and the design of it is really nice with benches built in. The hot tub was awesome and clean. The house is super clean with literally everything you need. Communication and check in were both great. Our one and only wish was that it had an additional living room. With 5 people, agreeing on what to watch was tough ! Would definitely go back.

This is such a great stay! The pool and hit tub is amazing. The house is great and laid out perfectly! The best part is the fenced in yard for our puppies to play in! We loved everything about our stay and we plan to return soon!

Fun and busy getaway

We had a wonderful stay. The house is well stocked, neighborhood is quiet. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The proximity to Dollywood and Gatlinburg make for easy activities. Highly recommend!

Awesome outdoor space

If and when we return as a group, this is our #1 go to, the house was fully equipped, nice and cool during 105 heat index, and the best part we had our own pool, what an outdoor space, Frank thought of just about everything, thank You for a great stay!!!

The host was so kind and thoughtful. They left snacks for the kids and everything we forgot to bring there was extra like sugar and coffee. The home had all the comforts of home and felt good to be in. Everyone loved it and it close to everything and far away you aren’t impacted by the traffic!

Wonderful Family Trio

The rental was perfect! Very clean, well stocked and super easy to get to and from all the great destinations like Dollywood, the island and outlets. Our family had a great time at the pool and tiki area which was such an added bonus. The hosts were very gratuitous and responsive, can’t wait to stay again!!!

Absolutely wonderful

This home was centrally located to both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Our family thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful home. The owners think of all of the little things you may need during your stay. The communication from the beginning of our stay to the end was excellent. We loved the pool, hot tub and all of the amenities!! If we ever travel back to that area we will definitely stay again! Beautiful home and incredible hospitality!

My husband and I spent our 45th anniversary week here and enjoyed it very much. We both work full time jobs on top of normal everyday stress and really needed a slow paced week, and everything we could have needed was here. We actually wouldn’t have had to leave at all if we didn’t want to. Thank you for sharing your little piece of calm with us for a week. We will share the information with our family and friends needing a nice place to stay when in the area!

Easter Weekend Vacation

We all loved it! The pool was a nice extra. We have stayed many places but this is the ONLY place that literally had EVERYTHING we needed plus. The hosts are wonderful, they are nice enough to think of the small things their guests may need or had forgotten. The hosts kept in touch and ensured everything was good and helped out with any questions we had. They are truly 5 star !
