Wake up in this quiet neighborhood at your leisure. Make yourself some coffee and breakfast to enjoy on your covered outdoor eating area by the pool. You can then take a stroll around one of the nicest areas in the Cape, boasting million dollar canal homes. Relax in your 4 person Jacuzzi before firing up the grill for lunch. Make the afternoon float away in your (heat included) 88 degree year round heated salt water pool. The back yard is fenced and very private for your pool enjoyment without onlookers. You could take a short walk or drive to the Belk shopping center for dinner where you will find Italian, Chinese, American, and local establishments open every day. Finish off the day relaxing in the well appointed great room, with plenty of reclining seating, and the 75" big screen to watch the game. Enjoy the luxury mattresses and bedding in each bedroom. Split floor plan arrangement for everyone to have their privacy. You will not be disappointed.

We were initially apprehensive about booking this property as there were no reviews yet, but we are so glad we pulled the trigger! The property exceeded our expectations in every way. The cleanliness of the property was fantastic. It was incredibly clean from top to bottom, which made our stay very comfortable and pleasant. The kitchen was very nice and fully equipped with everything you would need, aside from your food. The bedrooms were cozy and provided a restful night's sleep. The bathrooms were well-stocked with all necessary toiletries, and there were plenty of washcloths and towels available, which we greatly appreciated. The backyard was a highlight of our stay. The pool was beautiful and maintained a perfect, warm temperature. The hot tub was an excellent addition, especially for relaxing evenings. The property's location was another major plus. It was very close to great restaurants and live music, which made dining out and entertainment easily accessible. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This home is in one of best neighborhoods in Cape Coral. This area is mostly built out with mature landscaping and giant royal palms. It is quiet, yet close to everything that you may need, and great dinning.

What makes this property unique

You will get a very clean, well maintained home, managed by the owners who care about their property. It is in a wonderful, quiet, safe, low traffic neighborhood. Most every need is truly included in our price, pool heat, towels, bedding, laundry detergent, soaps, shampoo's, garbage bags. You bring your own personals, food, and drinks.
