Great location!

Close to restaurants and the train. Only negative was it’s close to the train…a few trains travel through nightly… can be a bit loud

Beautiful Home!!!

I rented this home for my family to celebrate my daughter's graduation from NAU at a party that we held at the Sultana in Williams. The home was absolutely beautiful, very clean, well stocked, comfortable and spacious. The Managers were super kind and responsive to messages. The home and our stay were absolutely wonderful. Thank you for allowing us to utilize this beautiful home for our stay.

Sibling Grand Canyon trip

The location was perfect..walking distance to the train station and close to restaurants. We liked everything about the house but there was not enough kitchen stuff to do much cooking.

Close to Rt. 66, shops and food!

We had a great time as this rental. The host was extremely helpful and supportive during our stay. I would recommend staying here if you are looking for a fun and relaxing getaway. If you are traveling in the summer, you’ll want to use the provided fans to help cool down at night if you are used to sleeping in a/c or cooler temps. The dining table was a great size to eat and play games. We brought board and card games, and played every night!

Williams House

On the whole our stay here was nice enough. The entry way is hazardous and needs to be replaced. There needs to be more than one washcloth per bathroom. When we are paying a cleaning fee - please don't expect us to strip the beds and put the sheets in the laundry basket. We are paying for that. The couches were comfortable and it was nicer than staying in a hotel and not being able to visit. Always nice to be able to sit and have coffee together in the morning.
