Welcome to Ocean Village Club Q35, a pet-friendly, two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo located on the third floor of a gated community along the Atlantic Ocean. With a prime location, this condo offers easy access to resort amenities, including two swimming pools, tennis courts, a grill area, and a private boardwalk to the beach.

Step onto your private balcony at Ocean Village Club Q35 and take in serene views of the pool, lush palm trees, and the ocean beyond. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail while savoring the coastal breeze.

The spacious living area features calming creams, blues, and greens, creating a peaceful retreat. Great value, needs some TLC

The condo is clean and the location is excellent. Very conveniently located within the neighborhood and on St Augustine Beach. There are ample starter supplies inside and the kitchen is well stocked. Notes to consider:Check in is 2 miles away and some information is available in the portal, some in an email, and the most important part of the door code that we didn’t know we needed was on a small slip of paper paper clipped to the parking pass. Keys had to be retuned to the office 2 miles away instead of being left on the table.There is no plastic drinkware or dinnerware and no dishes with lids for food storage . The cushions on the balcony furniture are completely worn out and need to be replaced.

Nice Beach Getaway

Nice condo in a quiet and family oriented community. Comfortable accomodations and the private beach access was in quick walking distance. In the summer, the proximity to the pool is probably a plus (the heated pool was in a different section of the community, but that wasn't a focus for me this trip). The screen door on the balcony had some isses, in addition to a spraying faucet in the main bathroom, but these things didn't detract from our stay. If I'm headed to St.Augustine again this rental will definitely be on my radar.

I can't understand why things like toilet paper and garbage bags weren't provided. Also no beach towels. Minimal maintenance has been done, obviously. I would not choose this property again.

Good solid rental at a nice beach front complex

The condo’s finishes are nice and it’s pretty spacious. Pet friendly complex was a plus. Pool & beach access are great. The areas that could use improvement: some of the furniture needs to be updated, the twin bed mattresses are very uncomfortable, the washing machine makes a loud irritating noise when it’s running, the luggage cart is tiny and covered in a quarter inch of rust, the management company gave me a slightly incorrect door lock code (I could only get in because luckily a neighbor told me what the correct sequence was). But for the money, it was a perfectly adequate & pleasant place to stay.

We loved our getaway here! The room is a little dated, but location and overall experience was phenomenal. One of the only pet friendly accommodations that we could find and it was extremely well kept. Easy walk to the beach, great area & nice space to live in!

Disappointing property

Closet door falling down. Electrical outlets don’t work. Master br has double bed. No bath mats few linens sliding door handle loose. Not worth top dollar being charged

Great location, underwhelming condo

The condo had excellent access to the beach, a nice heated pool and a quaint condo community! Easy travel to get to downtown or Anastasia Island and ample onsite parking. The elevator was very helpful with gear! Condo is very outdated . Everything from towels and bed linens to mattresses and couch need refreshed. The reviews don’t lie; you won’t sleep well no matter where in the condo . Also, don’t use the washer. The musty smell is terrible ! The outdoor furniture was dirty as well and very cheap . We’d go back to ocean village club but would choose another condo !

Could use a little TLC

This was a good location, but it doesn’t look like the owner has tried to put the client’s needs first. Thankfully it was a clean place, but we weren’t impressed with things like a terrible patch job in the bathroom, the TVs are low quality and the one in the master hardly worked, which would’ve been nice for relaxing at the end of the night. They could really use all new pots, pans and cooking utensils. I’d suggest bringing your favorite pan for breakfasts if you have one.

Amazing long weekend get away with the family!

We had an amazing time at this condo! The location was perfect for us. It was an easy walk to the beach & we had a great view of the pool & ocean. Our family of 4 (kids 9 & 12) had plenty of space in the condo. I cooked a few dinners & had everything I needed. We spilt our time between the beach & the pool. Hope to stay there again next year!

Could have been cleaner

Upon entering the condo, we were pleased with the overall appearance and location. After my mother sat on the sofa and got up, we noticed pet hair all over her clothes. Then we took our shoes off and the floor felt dirty so we swept it. More pet hair. And lots of it. My daughter got a blanket out of the closet and, you guessed it, more hair. Found dried food on a pizza pan that I was going to use, the bath mat in the tub of the main bathroom was icky. After all of this, it made me feel very uncomfortable wondering if the sheets were clean, if the dishes were washed properly, etc. Location was excellent, however, appearance was bright and airy.

OVC--My Happy Place!

Ocean Village Club is an older complex, but very well maintained. The condos are spacious. This is our 6th time at OVC, but our first time in Q35. Nice condo, Great location, but not perfect. When we arrived, the floor was dirty, and sandy. It also needs new towels and sheets-(they are in poor condition.) The blinds at the sliding glass door are in poor condition also. The condo has new appliances, a great location (close to restaurants and grocery stores),and nice patio furniture. I would come back to Q 35 again--We had a nice vacation and I didn't want to leave.

Great location, good condo

Stayed in this pet friendly condo in an elevator building right up next to beach walkway and pool for spring break. The condo was nice (new kitchen, new floors, good 2 bed/2 bath layout. Only complaints: really sad bedding in master bedroom, shower in master bath had a lot of mildew (which was easily remedied with bleach found under kitchen sink) and main bath had a nasty smelling rug near shower that I made the mistake of sniffing trying to figure out why the bathroom smelled like an old rag. Also TV's and DVD players very difficult to figure out: wires were not even plugged into right spots (took a couple of days to figure that out!) Last complaint: balcony was so nice with great comfy furniture. Nice to watch my teenagers at the pool. Unfortunately the condo below us had a smoker and he was out smoking most of the time. Don't know what the rules are for balcony smoking at Ocean Village Club. The property was beautifully maintained and landscaped. Pool was maintained every morning we were there. Loved the security of the gated property for my kids. Loved the location and the huge beach.

Great place

We stayed during Jan.2015 and had a wonderful time. The balcony is wonderful for sitting in the sun. You can see the ocean from the balcony. The condo is a nice size to relax and not be on top of each other. The condo had everything we needed to cook. The master bedroom was large with a master bath.

Overall good, the condo needs some attention; kitchen drawer was broken, burn holes in carpet, mold in master bath shower, normal wear and tear, patching/painting needed, cable outlet cover broken. The ocean view from the balcony was very good.

Florida beach holiday

This was our sixth stay at Ocean village over ten years & the first in this condo. The setting is fantastic with lovely views across the dunes toward the beach, which must have the best sand in the world! The pool & grounds are well maintained. The rental company has a very slick procedure for arrival which works easily. The condo itself is a bit worn & could do with a good refurb ( new en suite, bathroom & fridge), but perfectly comfortable. May look for somewhere newer next visit.

Ocean Village Club Q35

The condo location was excellent, close to both the beach and pool. Being on the 3rd floor gave us a good view Iof the ocean. The kitchen was well stocked and the bedrooms and living area were roomy. My only complaint was with the sleeping conditions. The twin beds in the guest room were creaky and hard. I'm almost certain that the bed in the master was a double rather than a queen and it was hard and made noises whenever we moved in the slightest bit. This caused my husband to spend at least part of every night on the couch with a backache. This was the only disappointment in an otherwise lovely stay.
