About this space
Great Central Phoenix hood, 2 mi N to Biltmore, 2 mi E to Arcadia, 4 mi SW to downtown! 10 min to airport. Renovated Mid-Century cottage, Retro mid-century Industrial style w/ lrg bedrooms, incredible bath w/a deep horse trough soaking tub, exposed plumbing & rainshower. Super cool & trendy stock tank pool in giant yard w/badminton or volleyball net. Urban yet cozy. Lush landscaping, courtyard & fire pit in front. Built in BBQ in back along w/ full laundry.
The space
This home was designer owned and has a great energy about it. The kitchen is retro yet has modern fixtures consisting of a 42 in built in sub-zero fridge, commercial gas range, dishwasher, commercial kitchen faucet with a gorgeous farm sink. Full dining area attached. All the rooms are large and invitingly comfortable. Living room has office area and lounge-y furnishings. The bedrooms are oversized, one with a king bed and one with a queen. Industrial bath is amazing!
Green "paper" products, cotton and bamboo bedding, natural cleaning supplies used, no chemicals (except bleach, cuz sometimes you need that 😊!) Scented bath salts and bombs for soaking in the amazing tub, and a variety of beauty products not normally found in rentals, for both men and women, such as face masks, lotions, and shave creams.
Located in the Loma Linda Neighborhood close to the airport, freeways, downtown/midtown Phoenix, Arcadia and the Biltmore Fashion Square! Lots of bike and walking paths available just blocks away from the Grand Canal in a restaurant mecca with ample shopping like Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s. Walking distance to great restaurants, Phoenix Children’s Hospital and six other hospitals within a three mile radius. A wonderful urban neighborhood with great neighbors.
Guest access
This is a duplex that is completely private and separate, front and back. You will not share any areas. There is a private carport that is very long and can fit 2 small cars. Driveway is also quite lengthy. Super convenient to the I-10, the 202, the 51, the airport and ASU campuses. You will have access to all parts of this property which includes a very private backyard with 2 patios, one covered and one under the amazing grapefruit tree. Both have fairy lights. In front there is a courtyard with a fire pit and a front porch.
I do have high chair and pack and play crib, let me know before check in if you need it as it isn't always at the property.
Pets are welcome and there is a one-time fee of $100. It will be charged at booking when you put in number of guests, also put in your pets
Other things to note
Even though in a busy urban city, this property was designed to be a quiet sanctuary like setting with lots of beauty and gorgeous trees. Yoga mats and props are included for your rejuvenation and relaxation.
I do have high chair and pack and play crib, let me know before check in if you need it as it isn't always at the property.
Dogs are welcome with only a $100 pet cleaning fee. No extra nightly charges, just disclose at booking.

Why they chose this property
I live in this neighborhood, right down the street from this property!! I love the Loma Linda Neighborhood!! The people are friendly, diverse and eclectic. The lots are irrigated so you see lots of trees and vegetation and it’s just blocks away from the Grand Canal and all the best shopping and restaurants that the Biltmore are has to offer!
What makes this property unique
The Industrial Chic and Biltmore Area Home were built in the 1940’s on a flood irrigated lot. We have lots of lush trees and vegetation which attract all kinds of birds, including Love Birds!
A friend of mine, Donna Street of “Street Designs”, designed and decorated both places and they are truly unique!!
Situated within walking distance to the city bustline, two bakeries, Mexican food, Chinese food and good ole American, the location ideal!
