Great Little House

We stayed here for a few days over Christmas and the place was great. Very cute little house with a great backyard. Great location close to everything in Phoenix.

Property was cute and unique. Location was not the greatest, however was not bad. Taco Stand next door was awesome.Had a little issue the first night, but out of control of the owner and they addressed immediately

Cool house. Host communicated well. Comfy bed.One thing to note it that there is noise from a nearby street and car wash, so the backyard might not be what you're looking for if wanting something more peaceful.

A neat place in central Phoenix for a long-term stay. It was perfect for my family of four, and it has everything one would need for a comfortable vacation. Dori was very communicative and she was always available for anything of need. I would highly recommend this place as an option when coming to Phoenix.

Clean and comfortable. I especially thought the beds were very cozy. The backyard is a bit over grown, but nice to have the outdoor space. It is a bit close to a major street and a 24- hour car wash, so there was some street noise. Didn’t bother me too much but my husband is a light sleeper. Overall good stay.

Great place in a convenient location! Close to lots of restaurants and the space is darling. The outdoor space is spacious and really pretty. Dori was a great host. I would say that the futon is the living room is too small for two people and not super comfortable for one. Highly recommended place to stay for four or fewer though!

My 2025 stay

Enjoyed our stay and the property host was very nice and accommodating to our needs. Check in and out was hassle free. Was my first experience staying at a VRBO and will do it again vs a hotel with much less to offer and about the same cost.

Great place with outdoor space

We had a very pleasant stay here. Having multiple outdoor spaces was really nice so we could be in or out of the sun. The location was handy for yummy breakfasts without needing to get in the car. I recommend the bakery down the street and the crepes from the cake place just around the corner. Thanks for the great home base!

So I had it was the most beautiful house and best experience I’ve ever had. I have my family there and I wish that you were selling that place or renting it because it was amazing. I wish you had a great monthly fee, but I bet you make a lot of money just doing it like you do it so yeah I just wanted to let you know that that was a great day. I wish I could’ve stayed longer.
