From the balcony of this 10th floor Hidden Dunes Condominium you will enjoy watching the dolphins, sea gulls, pelicans and other wildlife. When the water is crystal clear you can even see large fish swimming in the Gulf. The view is amazing. Sugar white sand aligns with clear emerald water that stretches to the horizon and meets a blue sky that promises unforgettable sunrises and sunsets. This air of tranquility continues inside with comfortable furnishings and tasteful décor. The beautiful beds draped with clean, top quality linen, the view from the Master bedroom, the fully accommodating kitchen and spacious living/dining area will leave you wanting for nothing. But just in case… The owner of 1005 leaves no detail unattended when it comes to your entertainment and relaxation. The Home Theatre including a 46-inch flat screen HD TV, Blu-Ray DVD player, Bose speakers in the living room and flat screens and DVDs in each bedroom will surely keep you entertained. The wireless internet service will keep you in touch.

Hidden Dunes is located across from the premier Silver Sands Outlet Mall and is highly requested for its great amenities. Right on property you will enjoy 6 championship clay tennis courts complete with tennis pros, 3 pools with hot tubs, 27 acres of lighted walking trails, a basketball court, 24 hour security and a newly added pickle ball court. Our Vacation Specialists are standing by to turn your fantasy into reality.

Hidden Dunes offers six tennis courts with a Rubico Clay surface, which is the highest standard for clay tennis courts, and are maintained daily in order to provide the best playing conditions. Proper tennis attire is required to play and we encourage you to call ahead to schedule a match or take advantage of our clinics and private lessons. Please call to inquire about cost per session and equipment rental prices. Our friendly staff invites you to join for a game or two.

2 CAR MAXIMUM IN JUNE AND JULY. NO VISITOR GUEST PARKING AVAILABLE.

We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

Labor Day getaway

Perfect location, close we to everything, right ON the beach. Needed a few updates but great for a family..... needs new cutting boards and knives sharpened. Otherwise, perfect for us!

Great stay!

Loved the unit and the location. We will certainly come back. The only negative is that both of my kids beach shoes were stolen-something we have never experienced before. Beach service guys were great! Thoroughly enjoyed!

Good property - but a few issues

This was a good property - right on the beach, excellent amenities, and even though it's dated as shown in the pictures, it was very clean. However, we did have a few issues. As soon as we arrived, we drove three hours to pickup fresh seafood at Joe Patties, which we planned to cook throughout the week. We placed it in the refrigerator, not realizing it wasn't keeping proper temperature (and it was on the coldest setting). By the time we realized it the next day, it was too late and we lost our seafood. I called the property management company and they did provide a loaner fridge, stating a repair person would arrive that day or the next. However, no one came and a 2nd refrigerator sat in our living room for 5 out of the 7 days we were there. In addition, there were only 2 very small, old skillets to cook with - and we always cook when staying in a condo on vacation, so a decent skillet is a necessity. I asked the property management about getting a bigger skillet and they mentioned it was the owner's responsibility, not theirs. One more thing to note which I didn't realize or see listed anywhere online about this property, and that is you have to pay $20/hr in order to use the Pickleball courts. Other than that, the balcony is private, the couch could use updating, but overall it's a nice, comfortable unit.

Unfortunately, the appliance vendor that arrived as promised was unable to repair the fridge, prompting the owner to purchase a new one. Regrettably, it couldn't be delivered before your departure. We're thankful for the loaner fridge during your stay and apologize for the inconvenience of having two fridges in the unit. Your account has been refunded for the food loss. We have also purchased a new skillet for the unit and our future guests use. Thank you for bringing the need to our attention. For future visits, please check with the Pro Shop on site for updated Tennis and Pickleball activity times and rates. We hope to welcome you back soon for an even better experience.

Great location but could use some updating

Overall excellent experience at this property. Although everything worked perfectly fine, the interior needs to be updated. Decor and appliances are functional but outdated. Even so, it’s a great location, with good amenities.

Property was safe and comfortable - loved having a washer and dryer in the condo. Other reviews stated an odor - there was no odor, unless the neighbor was cooking which dissipated relatively quickly. Bring wash cloths and towels - not many given. Shower curtains desperately need to be changed. The check-in and out was simple. Key codes for doors are awesome - no need to worry about keys. Great to have security upon entering for added feeling of safety. Perfect for our family and would stay here again!

Great place in a great location

Right on the beach. No hide-a-bed...fyi. great beach location with much less traffic than others. Condo was well furnished and beds comfortable. We had an issue with our code not working upon arrival. Called after hours number and within 15 minutes was resolved.

We have really enjoyed our stay. The room was very comfortable and spacious. We would stay here again even with some small issues. There were a few minor maintenance problems such as broken blinds, bathroom fixtures, and hard to open doors. Some lamps were not functioning due to broken or missing parts. Some tiles in the bathroom were missing which led to sharp edges.

Beautiful view

It would take a lot for anything to ruin our stay at the beach , but...The place was fine. Terrible need of updating. The kitchen was stocked nicely with pots and pans that we needed to cook, but the shower curtains in the bathrooms were moldy. For the money that we spent, and comparing the unit we rented last year, we will probably avoid this unit next year.
