We had a great time during our two week stay. Our pontoon boat was a little too big for the narrow creek the house sits on but, we made it work. Communication with the host was excellent.

Wonderfully peaceful. Beautiful and well equipped home. Made for a perfect vacation. Super ez check in and great, communicative host. Add to that you can get Walmart delivery. What more could a girl want?!

Lovely vacation

From day one till the last day, everything was just perfect !!! Everyone enjoy the house so much that we only left out 3 times of our wwhole week stay.

Serene and Peaceful

the property is beautiful inside and out. The inside had a lot of space for our group. Love the screen porches on front and back and the fire pit and dock were really nice too! Would definitely recommend staying there!! Host was great too!

Getaway from the city

So quiet and relaxing. Fishing in the canal was great. Caught and released a 17 inch bass plus other fish. We have stayed before and look forward to staying again in thefiture.

Quiet beautiful

We took a long weekend getaway and this home was perfect. It was clean, well equipped and quiet. Enjoyed sitting on the back porch or playing pool on the front porch. Kitchen had everything you wanted to cook with. Home and property was well kept. Already booked a week in December.

As fishing was our goal, very good access to dunn's creek. Nice to have covered boat dock and cleaning station. Overall home clean, efficient and well equipped. Frank responded quickly and was very gracious. Would book again

Host was poor with communication only wanted to talk wild to the women and old man, house had soft spots everywhere in the floor. Holes in the porch half the steps were falling apart.

This review is not true because I could not accommodate the guest at what they wanted so they’re trying to get back at me. Please look at all the previous reviews. I have five stars for as long as I can remember my wife and I take pride in our quiet retreat. They wanted to rent the place without going through vrbo I told him I couldn’t collect or hold her cash. It did not set well I could tell. Then they asked for a late check out. I said I couldn’t because I had maintenance arriving early that afternoon and they weren’t very happy. To add that they weren’t very truthful. They brought two pets and two extra people that part would’ve been OK if they would’ve paid but they didn’t. Additionally, they didn’t clean up a weeks worth of dog poop in the backyard. Which is now cleaned.

Frank was easy to communicate with and addressed any questions l had! The only issue I had was with the drive way, it’s perfect if you’re just driving in but trying to back into with or without a boat trailer can be a bit tricky! I look forward to another visit!
