We loved it. And the little town very quaint. I recommend going to Ace’s for dinner, the owner and chef is Cuban my blackened Salmon was the best I have ever had. The only negative for us was the stairs up to condo, but that is because we are 70 and 82, (old)

We had a great stay in Smithville. The unit looks modern and the bed was really comfortable! A few things potential renters may want to know: 1. The bathroom door doesn't latch (I've let the owner know). 2. The unit shares a wall with another unit. 3. If you're wanting to visit local shops, be sure to check their hours because some close early on Saturday and aren't open again until Tuesday. Aces Restaurant is amazing and within walking distance, but be sure to make a reservation.Valerie was accommodating and responsive to our questions! We would rent from her again!

You have been a pleasure to host and we would love to have you back to stay anytime. :) Your host, Valerie
