A couple windows are inoperable, but most are in good working order and have new storm windows and screens. The fireplace is not available for guest use, however there is a Solo Stove for a backyard firepit. All kitchen appliances and AC are newer. The hot water from the basement takes a couple minutes to travel up two floors to the showers. You may see our handyman tackling our yard on Mondays during your stay.

Our home has exterior cameras with audio & video recording. Dogs are welcome for an additional fee. Monthly stays include basic cleaning every two weeks. ABOUT THE OWNER
Hayden House is managed by Hillary Gibson. I am a native Hoosier & I grew up just down the street in neighboring Forest Hills, where my parents have lived for 50 years. After relocating outside of Indiana, my husband and I bought this house to be our home-away-from-home so that we can more easily come back and enjoy Indy. When we aren't visiting, we're happy to share our home with guests who are looking for a well-taken care of home with nice furnishings. I have been a furnished rental family property manager for 10 years and have loyal guests who enjoy returning to our high quality homes as they appreciate an eye for detail and high responsiveness.
