From the moment you arrive, you’ll notice thoughtful touches designed to make your stay effortless. A modern elevator whisks your luggage to any floor, so you can skip the hassle and start relaxing right away. Inside, you’ll find meticulous attention to detail in every finish, a space crafted for seamless vacation living and unforgettable memories.

At the heart of the home, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen awaits, featuring high-end appliances, quartz countertops, and everything you need to prepare and enjoy delicious meals. The kitchen opens to a spacious dining area for ten, with additional seating at the island breakfast bar, perfect for morning coffee or casual family meals.

Great rental house

We really enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable, the common spaces had plenty of room for our large group and no detail was missed. They had lots of both beach towels and bath towels as well as multiple sets of flatware.

This home is incredible! Perfect location. Spacious and very lovely. Spotlessly clean and well appointed. The hosts are beyond amazing. Communication was smooth and easy. And it was a pleasure to chat with them. They even went out of their way to leave a thoughtful surprise for us, as it was our daughter’s wedding week. The epitome of southern charm and hospitality. If I could give 10 stars I would! We come to Hilton Head at least once a year and we’ve found our go to home base.

Family friendly, beautiful, and comfortable

The house was clean, beautiful, comfortable, and fun for our family vacation with 2 full families toddler through teens/young adults. The cousins had an amazing time together and Frank and Nicole made us feel at home. Frank was always available for help and advice on local activities. The kids loved cooling down in the pool when not at the beach. Everything we needed was there including beach towels and toys, a pack n play for our littlest, and every detail we wouldn’t have thought of ahead of time. I highly recommend you stay here!

Great Break

4 adults and all 6 grandkids had a great winter break at 99 sandcastle, and spent time on the beach and in the water no matter what the weather. Beach is a safe easy bike ride, or you can walk the paved path right out of the neighborhood and pull a wagon full of chairs down there. House is immaculate. We put all the grandsons on the top floor and they loved it. Heated pool was great. They provide everything you need and house is bright and sunny. Right on the bike path which is a favorite activity for our crowd.

Home away from home

We enjoyed 99 Sandcastle immensely. It was our home away from home while staying in Hilton Head. The home was spacious enough for our large family and we never felt like we didn’t have our own space. The home was immaculate and inviting. The pictures and description were very accurate. Communication with Frank from the beginning was easy and check in and checkout were seamless. Frank answered all of my questions throughout the stay and even came by to look into something while we were there. 99 Sandcastle was located close to the beach, restaurants, and stores. We could walk to the beach and everything we needed was within a 15-20 minute drive. We didn’t have to worry about beach towels and chairs because they provided them for us. We would definitely stay again, when visiting Hilton Head. Thank you, Frank for your hospitality, thinking of the little details, and allowing us to stay at 99 Sandcastle.

Our love for the island, combined with cherished family memories, inspired us to purchase this special home. We look forward to creating many more memories here and hope that every guest who stays at our home enjoys the same joy, comfort, and connection to Hilton Head that we do.

Why they chose this property

Built and purchased in 2020 after our move from New York, this was our very first home on Hilton Head Island. We loved it so much that we decided to share it with others, welcoming families to create their own special memories at 99 Sandcastle Court and experience all that the island has to offer.

The home also features an elevator for easy access to every floor, making it comfortable for all guests. At 99 Sandcastle Court, we want you to feel right at home from the moment you arrive. The house comes fully equipped with linens, towels, beach towels, two pack-n-plays with sheets and blankets, a portable high chair, pillows, a starter vacation kit, 6 beach chairs, 2 refrigerators/freezers, and plenty more. All you need to bring is your suitcase, and everything else is ready for you!
