The house and property are well maintained. The house has been tastefully updated and decorated and deliveres a mondern beach house vibe. As advertised there were clean towels and linens provided. Walking to the beach is approximately 5 minutes and easily done. Most of the popular restaurants are within 2 miles which is very convenient. Book it! You and your family will not be disappointed.

We enjoyed are stay. It was freezing so we left a little early but while there we had a great time. The only thing I would suggest is if you like fresh towels and wash cloths, you may need to bring a few extra, so you aren't doing laundry as often. It was a beautiful home equipped with everything you need. Lots of puzzles and books, DVD player and the regular amenities. Thank you for a great stay!

Overall the place was ok. We were disappointed at "the ocean view". Not what was listed. (You can see it in the distance between some trees.) I feel the cleaning crew isn't working up to par. The floors appear swept/vacuumed, but it was obvious that it hadn't been mopped in a while. Our two small grands were with us. One crawling and the other a three year old. After baths, our grandson's feet ended up filthy after running around in his bare feet. Also, bring bath towels with you. It's ridiculous how few they supplied, including wash cloths and hand towels. I seriously doubt we will rent Serendipity by the Sea again. (I've taken pics, but unable to post.)

The place is as advertised. The house has an open kitchen, dining and large living area which was nice. It is located in a great area with the pines giving some privacy. Just a short walk to the beach where we caught popano in the surf.

We really enjoyed our week at this home. The home was very clean and was in a perfect location. The week was hot, but the AC worked perfectly. The only suggestion I would make is to add a larger bed in the master.We hope to stay here again!!See you next year SGI!!
