Peaceful and private apartment with loft and spectacular view of the City of Santa Barbara. Private driveway, parking and entry. Safe and exclusive Bel Air Knolls neighborhood. Conveniently close to nature walks, bicycle trails, golfing, beach and water sports and shopping. Neighborhood is beautiful, safe, and highly desirable for walks.

This bright and cheerful apartment is furnished with a queen-size bed. Large picture windows boast views of the city. Kitchen furnished with fridge, stove top and oven, coffee maker and microwave oven, and a cozy dining and sitting area. Washer and dryer included in the unit for ultimate convenience. Outside is a private area with table with chairs and a BBQ, along with an incredible view of Santa Barbara.

Guests have commented on how much they enjoyed the view of the surrounding trees and flowers, sounds of nature, and amazing views: mountains and Santa Barbara in the day, star filled skies and city lights in the evening.

Such a great location, out of the way of everything, it still so close. It felt very secluded and romantic, but State street was just 10 minutes away, no matter the time of day.

What a lovely restful property! Very quiet with gorgeous views. The kitchen was great. The owners had just installed a new sink and stove. We took advantage of Santa Barbara’s great organic grocery stores and made delicious dinners which we ate outside as the sun set. The stay was just what the doctor ordered.

We have lived in Santa Barbara for over 40 years, at this location for over 30 years, and have raised our two children here as well as hosting international college students in our home. We have a beautiful apartment and decided to make it available for short stays.

We enjoy the privacy and beauty of this neighborhood with the rolling hills and spectacular views of the city and the ocean. We enjoy the close proximity of the beaches, nature trails, parks, and shopping.
