Recently refurbished, fully equipped 2 bedroom apartment in a gated community with 2 pools and nicely maintained garden. Smart TV in every room. Few steps to one of the pools with children section. Excellent location. Walking distance to Playa Flamenca beach 7 minutes or La Zenia beach 18 minutes. Direct access to Mercadona supermarket. 3 minutes walk to the nearest shopping center with pharmacy, Cafes, gym etc. 13 minutes walk to the La Zenia Boulevard Shopping Mall. Many restaurants and cafes within walking distance.
