Perfect, simple stay

We really appreciated this tastefully renovated, cozy little motel in a beautiful area while attending a farm conference. Simple, quiet and clean. We enjoyed a comfortable sleep with all the conveniences. Our hosts were easy to communicate with, friendly and helpful and we would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting or passing through!

Digital lock didn't work that well. Lawn wasn't mowed until the second day we were there. Great view and location to Wilmington. Place needs some updating. Run down for the price.
