Peaceful -renovated Classic Mid-Century 2 BR with a separate office space (and a futon if you need it), Plush bedding King and Queen Sized Cool Gel mattress, 3 Stream and Antennae TV's, Fully stocked kitchen, 1 car carport and a large backyard. Walk or short ride to College Town and the Stadium. Great place to hang for games or a vacation.

Graduation Weekend Trip

Booked this house for graduation weekend. Glad we found this over a hotel. House was clean. Neighborhood was quiet. Perfect spot for our weekend trip.

Clean and convenient

Spent a few nights while in town for an event at the fairgrounds. Property was clean and an easy drive to my event. The fenced yard was great for letting my dogs stretch their legs.

Excellent stay.

The description online was extremely accurate. The property was very clean and well stocked with towels, dishes, etc. The beds, Very comfortable and the room is great sizes. I had to communicate with the owner a couple of times and he was extremely responsive. I would recommend this property.

Convenient, Comfy, and Clean

Steve was a wonderful host. We had a little issue with getting in but Steve was very responsive and had a solution right away. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms were clean. We also brought our dogs. They had a blast running in the backyard located off the car port. The neighbors were also friendly. Will definitely stay here again.

Quick trip but well worth it

Came in town for the FSU football game woth some friends. House is in a great location, walked to the stadium in less than 15 min. And it was a quick uber everywhere else. Steve was attentive through the whole process.

Nice House

The neighborhood was conveniently close to FSU and the stadium. It was a bit dark at night and exterior light is a bit lacking. Otherwise, the house was very clean and communication was excellent! Would stay again!
