Great price great home

This property was conveniently located, It was clean and comfortable, and the price was so reasonable. Would book again if in the Kissimmee/Davenport area.

I rented this for my 70 year old mother and her 2 sisters for a church revival. I know this area had hurricane problems but the property host contacted me one hour before check in (6 hour drive for my mother) and said there would be a 2 hour delay on check in (they had a week to let us know and cancel). When they got there the front window was broken which alarmed me with 3 70 something year old women alone was staying in. The refrigerator started leaking all over the kitchen floor. The tv's or ac wasn't working properly and the yard was way overgrown. When I contacted the host there was not much of a reply and nothing to compensate them for all the damage while they was there.

Thanks for your feedback. As we mentioned to you during check in Instructions were severely impacted by hurricane Milton. You only brought to my attention regarding the broken window which were damage by the hurricane. They weren’t no safety issues regarding your mother because it was only the very front porch lounge area. You do have another entrance door from the inside that can be securely lock. Unfortunately, Your parents did not know how operate the AC unit which is Nest thermostat user friendly and all the TV’s around the house working fine. The fridge probably did leak, but the freezer door left open by one your guest. We are working on fixing this issue. Your guests came two days after the hurricane therefore the backyard wasn’t fully prepared as far of Lawn care. Thank you.
