The location of the Lark's Nest VRBO was great for me to get to Great Falls College and my classes on 10th Ave. Everything was clean and comfortable, and I enjoyed my stay.

It was a neat and tidy space in a quiet family neighborhood. It was perfect for my daughter and me to rest and relax in a homelike space. All the amenities were nearby, including the Art Museum, a couple of blocks away. Our host was friendly and responsive, even allowing a slightly early check-in. The Larks' Nest was a great value, and we would stay there again next time we visit Great Falls.

Fun, little one bedroom studio with a separate den and pull out sofa. Central to high school sports venues, coffee, and downtown.

This place was adorable! Exactly what i needed for 2 people!! It was close to a lot of restaurants and downtown plus it was in a good neighborhood and i didnt worry about anything sketchy at night. If i ever come back to Great Falls, I'll definitely see if this property is available again!!

Really cute apartment

It's styled so well, we really liked the look and feel of the place. It's really, really loud from downstairs, but it's a family's home and that's expected.

Upon arriving to our rental at 2pm, (Mid July stay) the inside temp was 85 degrees. There were two ac units in the windows running full bore. By 11pm the temp dropped 1 degree. By 6am the inside temp was 75 degrees. We left upon waking. No refund was offered for that one horrible night. In April of 2026 we also had rented this space too. When we pulled the covers back on the bed someone had not changed out the sheets, dirty. They did offer to bring up clean sheets. We tried to give this space a second chance, and that was our last.

No saggy mattresses here!

The beds were nice and firm, just the way we like them! Lovely place for our week-long Christmas stay - centrally located and not far from our family. We are grandparents but didn't find the flight of stairs to the "nest" to be too much. Great host, wonderful stay, very hap!happy c

Perfect House

Perfect house in a great neighborhood. Clean, updated, comfortable. Justin was a terrific host and even allowed us to stay one extra night when our plans changed. I most def plan on staying again when in the area. I highly recommend this house.

We were impressed with every aspect! Everything was clean and fresh and met our every need.We did notice on our last 3-4 nights a LOT of banging downstairs in the evening hours (door slamming or a ball bouncing against a wall???). It stopped by the time we were ready for bed so we assumed that maybe children were home. The location was perfect for all of the things we needed and wanted to do. Very good parking and easy access. We will happily book this location again for future visits.

Nice accommodations for us (2 adults). Pros: Clean, updated rooms, comfy bed and nice TVs. We didn't cook but the place has an awesome gas stove. Cons: No icemaker in the fridge and we couldn't find ice cube trays anywhere. It was August and hot (90s). The room ACs struggled a bit but not unbearable.

The house is a great location. We were able to walk to the farmers market, museum, park and a number of restaurants. We used the full kitchen as well and it had everything we needed for our stay. There was always available parking right out front.
