We checked in late and the communication before getting to the property was great. When we arrived it was after hours and our instructions were to pick up the phone in the lobby and speak to the after hours assistant. After hours assistant had zero clues what was going on. Luckily the off duty employee was still inside and saw us struggling and resolved our issue.Parking is 14 a day and we did not see this on the listing before we booked. Also the elevator is broken and we had to walk up 4 flights every trip and were not notified about the elevator in advance.
