The residential complex offers a wide range of amenities, including swimming pools, tennis courts, a gym, and summer camps for children. These camps are organised based on the number of children who sign up; as a result, they may not be held on certain dates. As for the other amenities, they are available as long as they are in season (swimming pools) or there are no circumstances beyond our control (repairs and/or maintenance of any facilities).
These services are not included in the price of the home; they must be paid for at the administration office located within the development itself. The prices are very affordable—almost nominal—since they basically cover the costs of issuing membership cards and maintaining the facilities.
In the case of children’s camps, the cost is set by the company that manages them, depending on the specific programme chosen in each case.
