We loved our time in Atlanta! Our home was so beautiful and clean. The host was prompt in answering our questions and details were carefully spelled out in the home. We would highly recommend this property and would love to return!

Great stay

It’s was a great stay. I will say you have to take the trash out and load dishwasher so I don’t think a cleaning fee should be assessed but everything else was great.

So happy you enjoyed your stay. So much more has to be done to clean and prep for the next guest. It’s far more than just trash and dishes. You definitely wouldn’t have appreciated sleeping on sheets that were not washed and beds not remade, towels and wash clothes that were not clean, baths and showers that were never cleaned from the last guests, floors that were not swept and sanitized from the previous feet that walked it, counter tops that still had sticky residue from the previous guests, hairs on the pillows…….. It takes approximately 3-4 hours for our staff to go in and thoroughly clean all three levels. We take cleanliness very seriously and don’t take our guests well being lightly. It costs us $250 to clean all 3 levels after each guests and our cleaning fee to the guests is half that. We only asks for the trash to be emptied and dishes loaded in dishwasher out of common courtesy. That’s what I would do if staying in someone else home. So glad you enjoyed your stay.
