- An open floor plan that welcomes you with natural sunlight that permeates the space and brings the energy up. The SITTING AREA offers a comfortable L-shaped sofa and a wall-mounted TV with cable channels where you can sit back and relax after a fun day.

- This area also features floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that give access to a balcony where you’ll have tables and chairs. (Caution with children)

- A well-equipped KITCHEN that features quality appliances and the basics you’ll need to prepare meals at home. Of course, we didn’t forget a coffee maker and toaster to help get your day started and a blender for those afternoon mixers!

- A DINING TABLE that seats 4 guests to enjoy home-cooked meals.

- 2 BEDROOMS & 2 BATHROOMS to accommodate up to 4 guests as such:

BEDROOM 1: 1 King bed, ensuite full bath, A/C
BEDROOM 2: 1 Queen bed, ensuite full bath, A/C

- A ROOFTOP TERRACE with an ocean view outfitted with tables and chairs.

- A LAUNDRY CLOSET with a 2 in 1 washer/dryer combo.

- FREE STREET PARKING in front of the building.

Please keep in mind that any damaged or lost items, such as towels, sheets, blankets, broken armchairs, furniture, or wall stains, will be charged at the time of checkout.

Air Conditioning Units (A/C)
-Please do not lower the temperature to less than 72˚F
-Shut off A/C units if you are leaving the room for any amount of time or if you are going out for the day.
Electricity is very expensive in this zone of Baja Sur (especially during summer months) and we kindly ask our guest to respect this request.
-Remember to keep all doors and windows closed when A/C is in use.

This super spacious, family-friendly condo is located just outside of the heart of downtown La Paz where you can enjoy rest and relaxation to the next level. The apartment is fully equipped with all the comforts of home and is ready to host you for a memorable stay in La Paz. You’ll be within just a few minutes of driving from shopping, activities, attractions, groceries, golf and more!

Guest access
This is a self-check-in property. You will find the keys in the lockbox. Check-in instructions and all necessary codes will be provided before arrival.

Other things to note:
Guests must climb stairs.

Cleaning:
If you are staying longer than 1 week and would like additional house cleaning feel free to contact us for availability and cost. (we cannot guarantee availability)

Electricity is not included for long-term stays of 15 nights or more. There’s a $56 USD weekly electricity fee, in this case, charged on the day of check-in in cash.

A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

HOUSE RULES:
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises, this includes tobacco, cannabis, and the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 9 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on check-in day or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.
