The elevation gives you some of the best views of the bay and Sea of Cortez – day or night and from your top corner unit, you will have an unobstructed expansive view that will take your breath away!

The condo is about 16.5 miles | 10 km or about a 28-min drive to/from the Airport (LAP) and it’s a 2.5-hour drive or 123 miles | 198 km to/from San Jose del Cabo International Airport (SJD).
Other Things to Note:
IMPORTANT TO NOTE: During the summer months, the area experiences water shortages where at times you can be without water for 4-5 hours. Recycled water is an easy alternative to help us, and the environment, with the shortage of water resources. We ask that you please use water consciously, turning it off when it's absolutely not needed and recycle your shower water for times when needed to flush the toilet.
Please note there is noise next to the building, as there is a commerce that works from 8 am to 8 pm.
Please refrain from consuming food or beverages in the living room.
Wi-Fi, 3 TVs with streaming services, bed linens, washer, dryer, bath towels & some essentials are provided free for guests during your stay. You may also use the pool and BBQ grill in the common area.
The TVs are equipped with streaming services to provide various entertainment options. Please note that cable channels are not available.
Please follow all pool rules at the complex. All guests must wear swimwear. Entry to the pool area is permitted only when wearing suitable swimwear.
Please note that the pool is not heated.
We provide some basic essentials complimentary upon arrival (note: these are not replenished): drinking water, a roll of paper towels, a set of napkins, a sponge, liquid soap & trash bags. And in each bathroom, you’ll find a roll of toilet paper, some liquid hand soap, a bar of soap for the shower, shampoo, and bath towels.
Please keep in mind that any damaged or lost items such as towels, sheets, blankets, broken armchairs, furniture or wall stains will be charged at check out.
Electricity is not included for long-term stays of 15 nights or more. There’s a $56 USD weekly electricity fee, in this case, charged on the day of check-in to be paid in cash to our local team.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
HOUSE RULES:
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises. Smoking tobacco, cannabis or the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Please avoid sitting on the sofas while wearing wet clothes - this practice stains fabrics and creates mold. You will be responsible for any damages made to the furniture during your stay.
- Please close and lock all doors and windows upon check out. By failing to do so you will incur a penalty of 50 USD.
Interaction with Guests:
This is a self-check-in property. The residential area is guard-gated. You’ll need to drive to the visitor’s gate on the right to get checked in by the guard and then continue on to the condo building. All the access information and codes if needed will be sent to you within 24 hours of your arrival.
You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, but we’re available 7 days a week. Should you need anything - just write us a message!
