The Space:
This bi-level, Mediterranean-style single-family home is in a private gated, high-end neighborhood, in a great location just a short 5-minute drive to the beach. The spacious bedrooms feature tasteful decor and from the master bedroom, you can step out onto the private balcony with a table and chairs. It’s a great way to start your day and breathe in the fresh morning air with a cup of coffee or wind down the day after the beach with a beverage to watch the sun go down.

- An open floor plan that welcomes you with loads of space and natural light that permeates the space and brings the energy up. The SITTING AREA on the main floor offers a comfy sofa great for relaxing after a hard day at the beach.

- A fully-equipped KITCHEN that features quality appliances, loads of cabinet space, and everything you’ll need to prepare meals at home. This is great for saving money or if you’re on a special diet. Of course, we didn’t forget a coffee maker to help get your day started and a blender for those afternoon mixers!

We offer a private shuttle service from either airport. It’s best to pre-arrange your airport transfer. However, there are other means of public transportation like the bus or other shuttle services. If you need assistance, let us know. We’d be happy to help!

We provide some complimentary essentials upon arrival (Just note that these are not replenished.): toilet paper, soap, and shampoo.

Guests must climb stairs.

Please be aware that there are 4 dogs in the house next door. The noise from their barking is beyond our control and can be annoying for hearing-sensitive people.

During the summer months, the area experiences water shortages where at times, you can be without water for 4-5 hours. Recycled water is an easy alternative to help us, and the environment, with the shortage of water resources. We ask that you please use water consciously, turn it off when it's absolutely not needed, and recycle your shower water for times when needed to flush the toilet. (Simply place the bucket under the running shower while you wait for the water to warm up and use it later, if needed, to flush the bathroom). Our local team can provide you with assistance if you have questions. We appreciate your support and understanding and must remind you that the property has water tanks and a full cistern upon delivery of the property. If it is necessary to refill the water, it will be the guest's responsibility.

We invite all our guests to help us care for this precious asset, following these recommendations:
- Close the faucet while you wash your dishes
- Turn off the faucet while brushing your teeth or lathering your hands
- Take shorter baths/showers & turn off the faucet when lathering
- If you use the washing machine, please wash only when you have a full load

Electricity is not included for long-term stays of 15 nights or more. There’s a $56 USD weekly electricity fee, in this case, charged on the day of check-in.

Please turn off all fans, AC devices, and lights. A default will cause a $20.00 USD fine.

A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. Please keep in mind that any damaged or lost items such as towels, sheets, blankets, broken armchairs, furniture, or wall stains will be charged at the time of checkout.

Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

HOUSE RULES:
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) is allowed inside the condo and the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Please avoid sitting on the sofas while wearing wet clothes - this practice stains fabrics and creates mold. You will be responsible for any damages made to the furniture during your stay.
- Please close and lock all doors and windows upon check out. By failing to do so you will incur a penalty of $50 USD.
