The Space:
If you’re looking for an amazing sunset and oceanview stay in the heart of La Paz, this is it! You’ll be steps from the Malecón, restaurants, shops, fresh-caught seafood, local markets, and the beach!
This incredible 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath penthouse condo with an oceanview rooftop terrace has everything you’d need and more! And the stunning La Paz sunsets come free!
Both bedrooms are spacious and stylishly designed with plush queen beds, Smart TVs, and ensuite bathrooms.
The kitchen is well equipped with everything you’d need to prepare a basic meal at home and a breakfast bar with barstools for a quick snack. Just through the glass sliding doors is a fabulous outdoor dining deck with a table with cushioned chairs to enjoy your meals with an ocean view!
The adjacent living room area features a comfy sofa and a wall-mounted Smart TV to enjoy your Netflix or Disney+ shows and relaxing downtime moments when home! There are black-out shades there if you need to block out the sun.
There’s a washer and dryer in the apartment for added convenience.

The Neighborhood:
Located in the city center (Zona Central) in a calm, friendly neighborhood with the beach and waterfront promenade (Malecón) within walking distance (2.4 km | 1.4 miles). Enjoy beautiful ocean views and explore a variety of restaurants, shops, and more as you stroll along the water’s edge. You’ll also be in a local plaza area with a coffee shop, restaurants, and other amenities at your fingertips!

Getting Around:
The condo is 12.6 km |7.8 mi from the La Paz International Airport (LAP) and about 192 km | 119 mi from San Jose del Cabo International Airport (SJD).
Other Things to Note:
IMPORTANT NOTE: During the summer months, the area experiences water shortages where, at times, you can be without water for 4-5 hours. Recycled water is an easy alternative to help us and the environment. We ask that you please use water consciously, turning it off when it's absolutely not needed and recycle your shower water to use to flush the toilet. (Simply place the bucket under the running shower while you wait for the water to warm up and use it later, if needed, to flush the bathroom). Our local team can provide you with assistance if you have questions.
The rooftop whirpool is not heated.
All guests must wear proper swim attire to be able to use the jacuzzi. Street clothes (especially those made of denim) are PROHIBITED as they affect and contaminate the water.
Please be aware that the property is situated in a very central location, so it is common to hear regular traffic noise and activities in the area.
The penthouse is on the top floor so guests are required to climb stairs.
We provide a limited supply of essentials like soap and toilet paper to get you started. You’ll have to pack or purchase other items, like shampoo, shower gel, etc., if needed.
Electricity is included in short-term stays but not included for long-term stays over 28 nights.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
Surveillance cameras are located in outdoor public areas for security and safety reasons only.
HOUSE RULES:
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the condo, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated, especially after 10 pm. Quiet hours are from 11 pm to 7 am. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the property grounds.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.
