The Space
If you’re looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in La Paz, this is it! You’ll be 6 blocks from the Malecón, where you can experience some of the best restaurants, fresh-caught seafood, local markets, shopping, lots of fun activities, and a stunning La Paz sunset!
This thoughtfully designed space offers everything you’d need for a fabulous stay! There’s a large living room with a sectional sofa and a wall-mounted Smart TV with Netflix and Disney+ for relaxing downtime moments at home.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals at home. The nearby dining area features a table for 6 to enjoy meals at home. It also makes a nice laptop workspace if needed, too.
There are 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 features a queen-sized bed, great closet space, and access to the private patio. Bedroom 2 features a double bed, and Bedroom 3, a cute twin/single bed for a guest to stay comfortably. There’s a full bathroom has a stand-in shower with a rainfall showerhead.

Guest Access
This is a self-check-in property using a code for the digital keypad to enter. Code and instructions will be provided before arrival.
Interaction with Guests
You’ll have complete privacy in the condo during your stay. Should you need anything, please let us know. We’re available 7 days a week.
Getting Around
The condo is about 12.4 km |7.7 mi from the La Paz International Airport (LAP) and 192 km | 119 mi from San Jose del Cabo International Airport (SJD). There is parking for 2 cars at the property.
Other things to note
IMPORTANT TO NOTE: During the summer months, the area experiences water shortages where, at times, you can be without water for 4-5 hours. Recycled water is an easy alternative to help us and the environment. We ask that you please use water consciously, turning it off when it's absolutely not needed and recycle your shower water to use to flush the toilet. (Simply place the bucket under the running shower while you wait for the water to warm up and use it later, if needed, to flush the bathroom). Our local team can provide you with assistance if you have questions.
Keep in mind we provide a limited supply of essentials like soap and toilet paper to get you started. You’ll have to pack or purchase other items, like shampoo, bath gel, etc., if needed.
Electricity is included in short-term stays but not included for long-term stays over 28 nights.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
Surveillance cameras are located in outdoor public areas for security and safety reasons only.
HOUSE RULES:
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the condo, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated, especially after 10 pm. Quiet hours are from 11 pm to 7 am. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the property grounds.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.
