Property was an older home that was beautifully refurbished. The host was informative and attentive. Convenient to the Oxmore Valley RTJ golf course. Three bedrooms with comfortable mattresses and bedding. Coffee bar, beverages and snacks were provided by the host, nice touch that was not expected. Will book again on future trips to Birmingham area.

Everything during our stay was great. There was fantastic communication with Chris, the host. We couldn't have asked for a better location. Close to the RJT golf courses and a great place to relax and watch the NCAA games after a good round of golf. Chris definitely cared about making sure we didn't have any issues and that we were enjoying our stay.

Hands down one of the best houses I have ever stayed in. The special little touches that the host adds to make your stay a pleasurable one does not go unnoticed. Don’t walk, run and book…you will not be disappointed.

Home was clean and the host was super attentive to the reason for our stay and had refreshments and snacks available for us. The kids loved the downstairs game/tv area and the place was very clean and had all of the kitchen amenities to make cooking and cleaning super easy.

Property was as described. Nice house, clean and close to areas that we needed it to be. The biggest drawback was the deposit that was required to rent this house (which was not mentioned in the bio). It was 1500 which was excessive. The deposit was mad at the time of the booking and was not refunded until 3 weeks after departure. This would have been a deal breaker had I known it was going to occur. I expect to pay some sort of deposit but 1500…?!?! I rented an 11,000 house at the beach back in May and the deposit was only 400…

Comfortable home in Birmimgham

We found the home accurately advertised. The neighbors were nice, the neighborhood was quiet and located conveniently near the interstate. There was an amazing Mexican restaurant nearby (El Bario). We had a really nice stay!

Extremely clean, accommodating, and entertaining. Host always makes it perfect for our stay. Provides complimentary hostess basket with items specific to our trips that makes this over and beyond the best experience consistently with our multiple stays. Rooms are perfect and the downstairs is amazing to provide family night entertainment.

Great place to stay for a week in Birmingham. The location is great, close to all the golf courses, and restaurants. The house is very clean and has everything you need. The downstairs room is an amazing hangout room to relax and talk with friends. Property manger was extremely easy to reach and very generous. Awesome place to stay! 5 Stars

Amazing family destination

Absolutely wonderful. The host always leaves complimentary items related to our trip when we check in. Our family has an amazing time enjoying the amenities for entertainment at the house. We enjoy selecting this location for all our trips to Hoover, it’s a must for our family! We are treated like friends of the host each time and taken care of with thoughtfulness. Host is always available and respond immediately. Couldn’t be happier anywhere else during our trips.
