Your family will be close to everything when you stay at our centrally located cottage retreat! 30 minutes from The Pretty Place. A beautiful 45-minute drive to Biltmore Estate. 10-minute drive to the shops of Brevard NC voted USA Today's Top 10 small towns to visit. Several local Waterfalls which are also wheelchair accessible. Sidewalks allow you to visit family in other cottages if booked. A beautiful wheelchair accessible place to stay while you visit all of Transylvania NC.

Gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please take all trash including bathroom trash bags out to receptables by the parking lot. Please leave unwanted food in the refrigerator and we will dispose of it.
Leave all sheets & blankets on the bed. Leave all towels & washcloths in the bathroom. Please turn the heat to 74 or the heat to 65. Please make sure that all windows & doors are closed completely.

Super nice place! Very clean and very quiet area and peaceful. Will definitely stay again in the future. Super accessible also as I’m in a wheelchair for paralysis

This "cabin" is suitable for 1-3 persons. It has two beds, the larger one in the loft. Sitting area is comfortable for 3. Directions can be misleading because the road is in two pieces. My one suggestion is to add some blinds/shades to front windows of this unit. Headlights from the parking area shine directly in to sitting area/kitchen.

Loved the Wheelchair accessibility!

My family had such a great stay. I was able to stay downstairs with wheelchair access and our friends stayed upstairs. Everything was spotless and the yard with the creek was beautiful. Thank you for the wheelchair access from the car parking too. We will definitely be booking here anytime we are in the area. It was perfect for us!
