We appreciated that the property was pet friendly and was clean and well decorated. Beds were comfy & water pressure was excellent too! We enjoyed our stay even though bad weather kept us from fishing and exploring our beautiful surroundings. Thank you!
The property was beautiful, easy access from several major routes, close to our venue with restaurants and shopping options close. We enjoyed seeing all the horses surrounding us and it was super quiet. The accommodations were nice, comfy beds, good kitchen, but extra options to hang items/towels would’ve been nice. The back patio was cute and plenty of room to walk our dogs. We look forward to staying there next year for our annual event!
We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. Tina was an amazing host and we had lots of communication. We even got to pet some horses and give them treats under the supervision of Corey, a staff member, who was also wonderful. It was very peaceful and relaxing. Just what we needed, being in town for lots of gatherings.
Unique pet friendly stay. We loved walking the property and seeing the horses with our 2 dogs. Host was friendly and accomodating to our request for a later departure.
Property was very clean. It had everything that you need for your stay. It had bowls and some toys for your dog and there are plenty of areas to walk your dog. The property and lake are beautiful and the owner, Tina is very nice and easy to communicate with. We will definitely stay here again!
We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed seeing the beautiful horses and the property. The house is very clean, had everything we needed, beds are comfortable, and the privacy top notch. It was so quiet! The host responded very quickly to our questions on directions as soon as we arrived. Our gps took us to the old entrance, so we had to drive around the farm a bit before we called to ask for directions. The property is that large! :)We loved waking up to hear the happy horses whinny in the pasture. We did not have a chance to walk to the lake but if we stay here again that is on our list. We met the cutest/funniest Aussie dog name Frank (I think) who demanded butt scritches as our ticket to walk by. Then he hung out with us for a bit. 3 Worth every penny/butt scratch! :)The location is perfect! Nestled nicely between Cincy and Dayton and only 20 min drive from the Ohio Ren Festival which we attended during our stay. We also made it a point to stop at Buc-ee’s on the way in, which is only a 50 min drive north. Lastly we found a fun indoor go kart track, called Full Throttle Adrenaline Park, and Dave & Buster’s near Cincinnati which was also less than 30 min drive away from the rental space. We recommend this place for small families with kids (of all ages), couples who need a getaway, and anyone who loves animals & the outdoors, but wants to be close to main attractions. Thank you to our hosts for providing a comfy place to stay during our weekend adventuring.
Although we were only there for a brief amount of time, the place was very welcoming, clean and cozy. Check-in was easy and Tina gave us all the info we needed. The farm was great and such a large space, our dogs loved spending some time in the snow. We would definitely stay again if we were to be in the area!
My daughter and I, along with my 2 dogs, had a great time at this property. The facilities were clean, the kitchen was nice, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a living room. The host, Tina, was very responsive and kind. We will definitely book a return visit!

Thank you so much Karen!! We hope to see you back again :)
We really enjoyed our stay over Christmas. It is really quiet. I needed to prep and get some baking done in the morning for brunch. I had plenty of room and everything I needed. The place is nicely decorated and comfortable. Definitely a great choice for us while visiting family.
We came up to visit family in the area and this was such a great place to be able to decompress and enjoy the time! The rooms were clean and ready and we enjoyed the nature around! Although we don’t have any horses, the facilities were top notch!
Took us a moment to figure out where to go, but it was exactly what we needed for the weekend. The host was flexible for our departure time. We will definitely try to book again for future soccer tournaments.
Clean, comfortable rooms with plenty of living space. Nicely appointed kitchen, although we didn't use. Not overly fancy or luxurious but a great value for the price.
Better experience than staying at a local hotel! Good communication with owner. Farm grounds were very nice and we did have a few horses visit us in the evening not far from the back door. Beautiful to watch. Very private and peaceful yet not far from shopping and good restaurants. Enjoyed our visit.
