We came out to visit our grandson and got a last minute booking and wow were we were pleasantly surprised when we stepped into this home !It’s so our vibe and first thing my husband said was “ I can see myself living here !” We loved the house , the location is great, we walked to get our morning coffee. And spent one day at Warrior park .. lots to do in the area , hopped over to Johnson City for dinner .. definitely coming back !

The Urban Artistry Loft was exactly as advertised. Beautifully decorated, every need was accounted for, location was very central and walkable to many places downtown. And you cannot beat the amazing host - top of the line by far!!

Great Getaway!

Beautiful loft in the best possible location to walk to shops and restaurants. The history of the building is fascinating and the thought put into decorating and providing all the extra touches ensures we'll be back on a regular basis.

Incredible location

This place is amazing! Besides being beautifully decorated, comfortable and so very clean, you cannot beat the location of this loft. Everything you you could need (coffee, food, wine, beer, Pal's) within walking distance and/or in the same building! The hosts were very friendly as well. You can tell they really put their heart and soul into their rentals. Such a wonderful stay!

Visiting Family in Kingsport,TN

Beautiful loft! The online pictures depict it well, but it’s actually even NICER in person! Do not hesitate to book this. Everything was clean, comfortable and cozy! Terrific 2 bedroom, with a pullout bed. Tons of space. Stayed with my husband and 2 teens. Everyone was happy. Awesome, convenient location. Owners FABULOUS to work with…organized, friendly, responsive, and hospitable.
